Episode #16
Episode 16 The Person Grief Made Me Become
Jul 31, 202612 minS1
Grief doesn't just change our lives, it changes us. In this deeply personal episode, I share something I wish someone had told me after losing my son, Harry: that one day I would look in the mirror and realise I wasn't the same person anymore. For years, I thought healing meant finding my way back to the person I used to be. Instead, I discovered that grief wasn't asking me to go backwards, it was gently inviting me forwards. Together, we'll explore: Why grief changes who we are The hidden grief of losing your former self How trauma reshapes our brain, nervous system and priorities The difference between moving on and carrying our loved one with us Finding meaning without believing grief is a gift The beautiful Japanese art of Kintsugi and what it teaches us about healing If you've ever wondered, "Will I ever be me again?" this episode is for you. Because perhaps the question isn't who you were before your loss... Perhaps it's who you're becoming because you loved them. This episode is dedicated to Harry, and to every life deeply loved. If this conversation resonates with you, I'd be so grateful if you'd follow the podcast, leave a review, and share it with someone who may need to hear they're not broken, they're becoming. Until next time, be gentle with yourself. Harrys Helping Hands Grief & Loss Counselling - Jen Connors 0431212575
Grieving Greatly – Episode 15 | When Everyone Thinks You Should Be Over It
Jul 24, 202616 minS1
At some point, many grieving people hear the words—spoken or unspoken— "It's time to move on." In this heartfelt episode of Grieving Greatly , Jen shares why grief doesn't have an expiry date and why healing isn't about forgetting the person you love. Through her own experience of losing her son Harry, Jen explores the pressure many people feel to "be over it," the hidden losses that come with grief, and how love can continue to exist long after someone has died. If you've ever felt judged for still grieving, struggled with people returning to their lives while yours feels forever changed, or wondered whether you're grieving "the right way," this episode is for you. Together we'll explore: • Why grief has no timeline • The myth of "moving on" • Secondary losses after bereavement • Learning to carry grief rather than erase it • How friends and family can better support someone who is grieving Wherever you are on your grief journey, may this conversation remind you that you are not broken, you are not behind, and you are never alone. ❤️ Dedicated to Harry, and to every life deeply loved. One of the greatest fears many grieving people carry isn't forgetting that someone existed—it's the fear of forgetting the little things. The sound of their laugh. The way they hugged you. Their voice. Their smile. The little phrases only they used to say. In this deeply personal episode, I explore why this fear is so common, why grief can make memories feel blurry, and why forgetting small details never means you've loved someone less. I also share my own reflections about Harry and how, over the years, I've come to realise that the people we love don't only live in our memories—they live in the people we've become. Together we'll explore: • Why grief changes the way memory works • Why fading memories are a normal part of being human • How guilt often accompanies the fear of forgetting • Beautiful ways to honour your loved one's memory • Why love never depends on perfect recall If you've ever worried that you're forgetting someone you love, I hope this episode brings you comfort, permission to let go of guilt, and a gentle reminder that love leaves far more than memories. Because the people we love don't just leave memories... They leave fingerprints on our hearts. And that is something death can never take away. Jul 3, 202620 min
Episode 13 | What I've Learned About Love and Loss After eighteen years of living with the loss of my son Harry, I wanted to pause and reflect on what grief has taught me. Not because I've "moved on." Not because the pain has disappeared. But because grief has changed the way I understand love, life, healing, and what it truly means to keep going after the unthinkable. In this deeply personal episode of Grieving Greatly , I share the lessons I never wanted to learn—but the ones that have shaped who I am today. In this episode we explore: • Why grief isn't something you "get over" • How love and grief are forever connected • Why joy and sadness can exist together • What the film Inside Out taught me about the purpose of sadness • Continuing bonds and why our relationship with those we love never truly ends • Finding hope and meaning while still carrying profound loss Whether you're grieving the loss of a child, partner, parent, sibling, friend, or anyone deeply loved, I hope this conversation reminds you that your grief is not something to fix. Grieving Greatly: Life After Sudden and Traumatic Loss
Episode 12: Coping With the Pain – When Grief Leads to Escaping
Jun 25, 202612 min
Grief doesn't always look like tears. Sometimes it looks like staying busy so you don't have to think. Sometimes it looks like drinking a little more than usual, scrolling for hours, overworking, withdrawing from the people you love, or trying to numb the pain in whatever way you can. In this episode of Grieving Greatly , we explore one of the most misunderstood parts of grief: how coping can slowly become escaping. Avoidance isn't a sign that you don't care. More often, it's a sign that the pain feels too overwhelming to face. Our brains are wired to protect us, but when temporary protection becomes our long-term strategy, it can keep us stuck and disconnected from the life we want to rebuild. In this episode, we discuss: • Why grief often leads to unhealthy coping strategies. • The difference between coping and escaping. • How shame and isolation can deepen grief. • Why healing doesn't require perfection—it begins with one small step. • Practical, compassionate ways to reconnect with yourself when you feel overwhelmed. If you've ever wondered why you're struggling to move forward after loss, or if someone you love seems to be "avoiding" their grief, this conversation is for you. Remember, healing isn't about never struggling. It's about knowing you don't have to struggle alone. If this episode resonates with you, please follow, rate, and share Grieving Greatly to help others know they're not alone in their grief. You are enough. You will never be too much. — Jen Connors 0431212575

What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
