Nature as Medicine? Dr. Don Moss on Stress, Resilience, and Health
Aug 17, 202630 minS5
Can spending just a few minutes in nature measurably improve your health? In this episode, Dr. Saul Rosenthal talks with Dr. Donald Moss—psychologist, educator, and one of the pioneers of modern biofeedback and applied psychophysiology—as part of our 2026 NRBS Conference interview series. Don discusses the growing research on how contact with nature influences stress, mood, heart rate variability, resilience, and overall health. We explore why modern lifestyles may leave many of us disconnected from environments that support well-being, how “green prescribing” is being incorporated into healthcare in other countries, and practical ways clinicians and individuals can make nature a regular part of everyday life. Whether you’re a healthcare professional, a biofeedback practitioner, or simply looking for evidence-based ways to improve your health, this conversation offers a fascinating look at the science—and surprisingly simple practice—of reconnecting with the natural world. This interview previews the 2026 Northeast Region Biofeedback Society Annual Conference, held virtually September 26–27. Learn more at nrbs.org . Adding Infra-Low Frequency Neurofeedback to Your Practice with Dr. Mitch Sadar
Aug 10, 202635 minS5
In this episode, Dr. Saul Rosenthal talks with Dr. Mitchell Sadar, psychologist, co-director of Sadar Psychological and Sports Center , and President of the Northeast Region Biofeedback Society , about why more clinicians are incorporating infra-low frequency neurofeedback into their practices. Building on his recent NRBS webinar , Mitch explains how ILF differs from conventional frequency-band neurofeedback, why it represents a different way of thinking about brain training, and how he decides when to use it. Along the way, they discuss the theory behind ILF, its potential calming effects, the challenges of measuring progress, and how clinicians can integrate it with traditional neurofeedback. Mitch believes ILF deserves a place in the neurofeedback toolbox, even as many scientific questions remain unanswered. Whether you’re a neurofeedback practitioner, a healthcare professional interested in brain-based therapies, or simply curious about emerging approaches to self-regulation, this episode offers an accessible introduction to one of the field’s most intriguing developments. Trauma, Neurofeedback, and the Ethics of Clinical Enthusiasm with Dedalus Hyde, PhD
Aug 3, 202636 minS5
How should neurofeedback fit into trauma treatment? Should clinicians focus on processing traumatic memories, improving nervous system regulation, or both? And how do we balance excitement about promising clinical outcomes with our ethical responsibility to present treatments realistically? In this episode, Dr. Saul Rosenthal talks with psychologist Dr. Dedalus Hyde, founder of Pacific Neurofeedback and the Bay Area Trauma Center, as part of our 2026 NRBS Conference interview series. Drawing on more than 40 years of clinical experience, Dedalus discusses how neurofeedback has changed his understanding of trauma, why he believes regulation and psychotherapy often work best together, and how clinicians can remain both enthusiastic and ethically grounded when introducing emerging treatments. We also explore clinical decision-making, the importance of research and mentorship, and where he believes neurofeedback is headed over the next two decades. Dr. Jay Wiles: HRV, High Performance, and the Future of Biofeedback
Jul 20, 202654 minS5
What do elite athletes, military personnel, and Fortune 100 executives have in common? How can heart rate variability help people perform under pressure? And what does the next generation of biofeedback look like? In this episode, Dr. Saul Rosenthal talks with Dr. Jay Wiles , licensed clinical and performance psychologist and Chief Health and Performance Officer at Ohm Health . Jay recently presented an NRBS webinar , discussing his work with high performers, the psychology behind elite performance, and how biofeedback can move beyond simply measuring physiology to actively improving self-regulation. The conversation explores several emerging topics in applied psychophysiology, including the stability of resonance frequency breathing, the use of HRV coefficient of variation (HRV-CV) as a marker of autonomic nervous system stability, and the strengths and limitations of consumer wearables. Jay also describes the thinking behind the new Ohm biofeedback device and shares practical advice for clinicians who want to improve patient adherence to biofeedback training. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
