Episode 57 - If You Had Three Years Left, How Would You Live Today?
If You Had Three Years Left... What would change if you knew you had three years left to live? Not three days. Not three months. Three years. When this question came to me, my mind didn't go to doing more. It went to my kids. My husband. My family and friends. The meals we'd cook together. The places I'd still love to see. The hugs I'd let last longer. The things I've said I want to do but haven't quite made time for yet. And eventually, the question became much simpler: How would knowing that change the way I live today? In this episode of Heart-Powered Conversations , I explore mortality not as something morbid, but as a way of bringing ourselves back into our lives. We talk about the ordinary moments we postpone, the people we love, the things we want to create and experience, the parts of this beautiful garden we might tend while we're here—and what it means to leave an imprint of love without making our lives about legacy. Because none of us actually knows how much time we have. Maybe there's mercy in that. But perhaps remembering that our time here is finite can also wake us up to the extraordinary fact that we are here now. So this week's question is yours: If you knew you had three years left, how would you live today differently? I'd love to hear what comes up for you.
