Dr. Scott Mills - Neurodivergent Thinkers: Brilliant People Redesigning the World
Scott W. Mills, Ph.D. is a writer, educator, and strategic advisor whose work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, relational psychology, and what he calls "honest wealth" — the kind that doesn't cost you your life to build. He holds a doctorate in Religion and Psychology from the Claremont School of Theology and spent years as a university professor and social worker before bringing that rigor into the world of coaching and consulting. Over more than thirty years, his work has reached hundreds of thousands of people through platforms including Mindvalley and the Shift Network. He co-created the Money EQ course with Ken Honda, Japan's top-selling personal development author — a course that has now enrolled nearly 120,000 students worldwide. ]He has worked as a strategic advisor and business partner to some of the most recognized names in personal development, and his marketing work has put clients on the USA Today bestseller list in their first week. He is also the author of Love & Other Survival Skills, a Substack publication and podcast exploring what becomes possible when people whose minds work in patterns and constellations — rather than straight lines — finally stop trying to fit into systems built for someone else. His writing asks the questions the personal development industry tends to avoid. He lives intentionally in Guadalajara, Mexico, where the unhurried pace of life is not an accident but a practice. In this episode of "Hopenning 2.0" Fran and Scott discuss how hope can be built for neurodivergent thinkers: Dr. Scott Mills can be found at: drscottwmills.substack.com drscottwmills.systeme.io
