This is my very interesting podcast"What was it I *really* wanted to do?" This message is for you—someone in your 40s who commutes back and forth between work and home every day, fighting a lonely battle while feeling crushed by pressure and responsibility. Welcome to the "Radio Show on Cultivating a 'Small Business' in Your 40s: Finding Happiness Without Chasing Big Money"! This channel isn't about flashy success formulas like "Make a million yen a month!" or "Achieve FIRE in record time!" It’s okay to earn just a modest income (or even not much at all). It’s about using your own time, turning your ideas into reality, and living life on your own terms. This radio show is dedicated to cultivating that kind of "personal small business" (a "stock business" that generates ongoing value). 🎧 【About the Host】 I used to work constantly on just five hours of sleep, eventually passing out on the last train home and being rushed to the hospital. In the moment I thought, "This is it—I'm dying," the faces of my family flashed before my eyes, triggering a major paradigm shift in my life. After navigating six job changes through direct negotiation (without recruiters), experiencing freelance failure, and even returning to a part-time role, I am now a gym trainer in my 40s—living a real, relatable life while battling to pay off 1.3 million yen in debt. I am by no means a "smooth" or polished success story. Yet, by leveraging blogs, YouTube, and the latest technology (like AI) to create "digital alter egos" that work for me 24/7, I can confidently say that I am ten thousand times happier now than I was as a corporate employee—because I’m finally the one steering my own life. 🎙️ 【What to Expect from This Show】 I deliver "shared wisdom" that you can enjoy purely through audio—perfect for listening while commuting or doing housework. I use AI to make it easy for busy people like you to listen while multitasking. By watching my raw, gritty struggle to reclaim my true self, I hope you’ll feel inspired to take a small step of your own. I want you to think, "If a clumsy guy like him can have fun doing this, maybe I could give it a try, too." Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

A summer saved by that single remark: "The drive was fun, too."

Our much-anticipated seaside trip to Ibaraki was cancelled at the last minute due to Typhoon No. 15. I was initially disheartened by the 30,000-yen cancellation fee for our family of four, but I decided to shift my mindset—prioritizing safety and my family’s smiles—and took a drive to Costco and Don Quijote in a car borrowed from my parents.

We had moments like accidentally getting ketchup all over our clothes while eating hot dogs during our shopping trip and having a blast singing along to YouTube Music in the car. Then, after we got home, one of my...

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
