118. Market Research Made Simple: How to Talk to Your Ideal Clients with Joanne Homestead
Aug 19, 202627 min
When you’re starting something new, it’s easy to think you need to have your ideal client, offer, messaging, and business idea all figured out before you take action. But what if talking to people could actually help you figure those things out? In this episode, I’m talking with my friend, fellow mom entrepreneur, and founder of Desk Plant Creatives, Joanne Homestead, about market research and why it doesn’t have to be complicated or intimidating. We break down what market research conversations actually look like, who to talk to, what questions to ask, and what to listen for. 117. How to Increase Your Capacity with Better Self-Talk
Aug 12, 202627 min
As moms, we often assume overwhelm comes from having too much to do. But sometimes it’s actually about not having the capacity to hold everything that’s already on our plate. And while we often look for solutions like deleting tasks, asking for help, or creating better systems, there’s another piece we have much more control over: the way we talk to ourselves. In this episode, I share why self-talk matters so much, especially when we’re balancing motherhood, building a business, and trying to show up for all the people who need us. Listen in as I help you notice the conversations happening in your head and start shifting them into thoughts that build your capacity instead of drain it. 116. It’s Always Working: How to Reduce Mental Drama and Build Your Business
Aug 5, 202618 min
One of the biggest things that slows moms down in business usually isn’t a lack of strategy. It’s the mental drama that happens when we start worrying, second guessing ourselves, and deciding that what we’re doing isn’t working. When we believe we’re failing or falling behind, it can drain our energy, motivation, and confidence. In this episode, I share a mindset shift that has helped me and many of the moms I work with stop spiraling when things don’t go according to plan: it’s always working. This doesn’t mean pretending everything is fine or ignoring information. It means recognizing that we only see one small piece of what’s happening and choosing to believe that every experience is giving us information, moving us forward, or teaching us something we need to know. 115. Friendships That Fuel Growth: How Moms Can Expand Their Circle
Jul 29, 202627 min
If you’re trying something new, like starting a business outside your 9-5, not everyone around you will understand or get excited about your ambitions. Some friends might see your goals as risky, while others may steer the conversation back to familiar topics. If you can relate, it might be time to expand your circle to include people who understand, who think bigger, and who encourage you to succeed. In this episode, I share why cultivating a network of friends who focus on growth is so important for mom entrepreneurs. These are people who get excited about new ideas, take risks, and are actively building something themselves. I explore how the conversations you have over coffee, dinner, or even on the sidelines at a soccer game can influence your mindset, your creativity, and your motivation in ways you might not realize. 114. Trusting Your Intuition & the Spirit of Your Business with Olivia Bowen
Jul 22, 202648 min
So much of building a business comes down to strategy: the plan, the offer, the metrics. But sometimes you can have all of that figured out and still feel stuck, unsure why a certain part of your business feels harder than it should. If you’re open to getting a little woo-woo with me, this episode is going to give you a different way of looking at it. This week I'm joined by Olivia Bowen, a coach who blends strategy, intuition, energy work, and spirituality in a way that I was initially pretty skeptical of but came to really love. Olivia did a full energy reading on my business, walking through each chakra, or energy center, and sharing what she picked up on. We talk through what the spirit of my business is trying to tell me, how that actually translates to the day-to-day of running a business, and how you can tune into the spirit of your own business. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
