Have you ever listened to a coaching conversation and wondered why the coach chose that question? Wish you could peek behind the scenes and understand what was happening in the moment? Want to develop your coaching skills without simply being told what to do? You're in the right place. I'm Crystal Wagner, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), coach educator, mentor coach, coaching supervisor, and LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator. In each episode, you'll listen to a real coaching conversation, then we'll step back together to explore what happened, what I noticed, and how different coaching choices might have shaped the conversation. At the beginning of each episode, I'll give you a little context about the client and invite you to listen for a specific moment in the conversation. After the coaching session, we'll debrief it together. I'll share what I was noticing, consider other coaching choices I could have made, and explore how those choices might have influenced the client's thinking and awareness. You won't hear perfect coaching sessions—and that's intentional. Real coaching is messy, nuanced, and full of moments where several responses could have moved the conversation forward. Instead of striving for perfection, we'll explore the thinking behind the coaching so you can strengthen your judgment, expand your options, and grow in confidence. Rather than giving you formulas to follow, my goal is to help you develop the reflective practice that allows you to trust yourself, listen more deeply, and discover your own authentic coaching voice. Whether you're working toward an ICF credential, building confidence as a coach, or simply looking for thoughtful coaching demos, each episode will invite you to: Notice the subtle moments that shape a coaching conversation. Deepen your coaching presence and listening. Strengthen your reflective practice. Experiment with new approaches in your own coaching. Discover multiple effective ways to coach the same moment. Before we finish each episode, I'll leave you with a question to reflect on and a coaching experiment to try in your own conversations over the coming weeks. If you're ready to learn from real coaching conversations, sharpen your coaching skills, and continue growing one conversation at a time, welcome to Inside the Coaching Conversation. I'm glad you're here.

FAQs
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
