How to Sell Like Jesus Without Being Salesy
Aug 29, 202635 min
#034 // You asked for the sale. Sort of. It came out awkward, nothing happened, and you haven't really gone back for it since. Now you're busy with everything except selling. Refining the offer. Praying about timing. Building the thing behind the thing. Here’s Truth: If you keep avoiding the ask, you’ll never have the impactful, income making business God showed you. But there's a way to sell that doesn't leave you feeling pushy, awkward or ick. And it isn't some new script or strategy…. In this week's episode of the Jesus Girl Gang Kingdom Business Podcast , I'm making the case that Jesus was the greatest salesman who ever walked the earth, and then I'm showing you how He did it, so you can sell that way, too. Fair Warning: This one is going to offend some minds before it sets anybody free . Here's what we’re getting into: → "BUT JESUS WASN'T SELLING ANYTHING." He absolutely was, and what He had on offer is the hardest thing anyone has ever had to sell. Which means whatever you've got on offer can be sold using just the same strategy → SELLING IS ACTUALLY SERVING WHEN YOU DO IT LIKE THIS. One shift moves your selling out of the ick category entirely, and it has nothing to do with your pricing, your funnel, or how you word the ask → THREE THINGS JESUS SETTLED BEFORE HE EVER EXTENDED THE OFFER. Before you write the sales script, the offer post or the sales page, there are three things you must settle. Jesus had these out of the gate, and it’s the reason He saw conversions on the daily → YES, JESUS RAN A FUNNEL. Three stages, same order, every time. I'm walking you through all of it, and there's one stage most Kingdom entrepreneurs skip completely without realizing it's exactly why the sales aren't coming ( p.s. – because a marketing expert told you that you didn’t need that step anymore – insert eye roll here ) → THE MAN WHO SAID NO TO THE ULTIMATE OFFER. Meet the guy who turned Jesus down. What Jesus did in the next thirty seconds is the whole lesson on selling with confidence If selling has felt somewhere between awkward and ineffective every single time, this one's for you. Grab your Bible, your business journal and a pen, and let’s get into it! Scriptures Referenced: Matthew 4:18-20 · Matthew 8:21-22 · Matthew 13 · Matthew 15:24 · Mark 6:34-44 · John 3:1-21 · Genesis 6-9 · Jonah 1-3 RESOURCES + LINKS: FREE Kingdom Builder Strategy Session: I’m hosting a strategy session for Kingdom builders looking to finally get their business launched online. You Are Anointed to Make Wealth (Do You Believe It?)
Aug 21, 202631 min
#033 // Do you believe that God gives you the power to make wealth? Careful. Your answer is already showing up in your revenue. There's probably a quiet question running underneath every launch, every offer, every sales call… Is it even okay that I want to make lots of money with this business ? Sister, that hesitation is costing you money. And that pause isn’t even from God. In this week's episode of the Jesus Girl Gang Kingdom Business Podcast , I'm dismantling the three lies keeping Kingdom women small and broke, and showing you where Scripture puts a woman in the marketplace on purpose. Here's what we get into: → THE QUESTION THAT HAS TO GET SETTLED FIRST. What that " so that " in Deuteronomy 8:18 actually means, and why it changes how you see every dollar you make from here forward → WEALTH IS NOT PROVISION. These two are not the same thing, and separating them unties almost every knot you've got around money (including the one about your husband's role) → SCRIPTURE PUTS WOMEN IN THE MARKETPLACE ON PURPOSE. A queen with zero financial reason to be out there who went anyway, and a group of women who funded the earthly ministry of Jesus out of their own substance → THE THREE LIES. These are the ones that are keeping you from generating the kind of wealth God has assigned to steward, Sister! I'm taking all three apart, including what three kings actually hauled across the desert to a days-old baby Jesus If you've been holding back on building boldly because some part of you thinks wanting wealth makes you less holy, this one's for you. Grab your Bible, a journal and a pen. Press play! Scriptures Referenced: Deuteronomy 8:17-18 · Proverbs 31:10-31 · Luke 8:1-3 · Genesis 12:2 · Matthew 2:1-11 · Isaiah 53 · 2 Corinthians 10:5 · Isaiah 61 RESOURCES + LINKS: Grab the Kingdom Builder's Mindset Toolkit: Inside you'll find the Thought Exchange Worksheet, the tool I walk you through at the end of this episode. Write down the lie you've been believing about money, put Deuteronomy 8:17-18 next to it, and make the exchange. #032 // You've thought about quitting. Maybe not out loud, but in that quiet way where you wonder if you heard God wrong in the first place. So let's answer the real question instead of letting it sit there and work on you: When does the Bible say it's okay to quit? Here's the spoiler, right at the top… It never does. Not once. What God assigned to your life isn't a contract you can exit. It's covenant, and covenant has no exit clause. But while there's no quitting in a godly assignment, there are "adjustments" God allows along the way to your finish line. And every one of them can feel like quitting when you're standing in it. In this week's episode of the Jesus Girl Gang Kingdom Business Podcast , I'm walking you through all three, so you don't mistake a God-move for permission to walk away from what He called you to build. Here's what we get into: → COVENANT DOESN'T COME WITH AN ESCAPE CLAUSE. Why quitting requires a commitment first, and what changes the second you understand the difference between a contract and a covenant → REROUTED, RELEASED, OR FINISHED . The three adjustments that look like quitting from the outside but aren't, plus how to tell a holy rest from the unauthorized kind you handed yourself → STOP MOVING THE GOALPOST . The real reason you keep circling the same 80% of your launch and never cross the line, and the one rule I teach that breaks it off you → THE FOUR REASONS THAT DON'T COUNT. What the Bible names outright as invalid grounds for walking away, and the one almost every woman I coach is standing on right now If you've been quietly negotiating your way out of the thing God called you to build, this one's for you. Press play! Scriptures Referenced: Luke 8:1-3 · Hebrews 10:39 · John 19:30 · 2 Timothy 4:7 · Galatians 6:9 · Nehemiah 6 · 1 Kings 19:18 · Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 RESOURCES + LINKS: You Don’t Need to Quit. You're Never Going to Feel Ready (Start Your Kingdom Business Anyway)
Aug 8, 202631 min
#031 // You've been waiting to feel ready. Waiting until you've learned one more thing, fixed one more piece, until the fear finally quiets down and you just know it's time. So let me save you years right now: That feeling is never coming. And the part that’ll set you free? That’s just how God designed it. Here's the truth that's going to light a fire under you today… God never once called somebody who felt ready. Not Gideon. Not Moses. Not a single one of them. You're ready the moment God says you're ready. And if He's already called you, that day is already here. In this week's episode of the Jesus Girl Gang Kingdom Business Podcast , I'm walking you through why "I don't feel ready" is a feeling and not a fact, and how to move on what God said even when every emotion in you is screaming "not yet." Here's what we get into: → GOD NEVER CALLS THE READY ONES. Bible story after Bible story proves that ready-feeling never actually shows up first, and why this means you're in very good company → WAITING ON GOD VS. WAITING ON A FEELING . The difference between holy waiting and fear-stalling ( spoiler alert: one is just disobedience in a sensible outfit) → YOU CAN GENERATE YOUR EMOTIONS. The truth almost nobody tells you: you don't have to be dictated by your feelings, and the three things you steward to actually shift them → PLANT BEFORE THE WEATHER'S PERFECT. What Ecclesiastes 11:4 reveals about moving on God's timing instead of your emotional forecast, and why doing it your way costs you so much more If you've been standing at the edge of the thing God called you to, waiting to feel ready before you leap, this is the permission and the push you've been praying for. Press play! Why You Feel Like a Fraud in Your Kingdom Business (And How to Silence That Voice for Good)
Jul 31, 202637 min
#030 // You know the voice. The one that tells you you're a fraud, that you're too much, that you're going to fail and this whole thing isn't going to work. And it always seems to get loudest right when you're building something big for God. So, here's the question God dropped in my heart to ask you: Who told you that? Who told you that you were a fraud? That you'd never make it? That you didn't have what it takes? Most of us never get down to the real answer. We stay up at the surface, fighting the battle at the wrong level, which is exactly why we never see the breakthrough. In this week's episode of the Jesus Girl Gang Kingdom Business Podcast , we're going all the way down to the root of that nagging voice, so you can shut the door on it once and for all and get back to building the Kingdom business God called you to build. Here's what we get into: → The two answers we always reach for first ("it was those people" / "it's the enemy attacking me") — and why they're both wrong, and both keeping you stuck → The 'tuning fork' truth about your heart — why you can only believe a lie about yourself to the degree it's already living inside you, and the one-word test that tells God's voice from the counterfeit → God doesn't see it that way — What God says about Abraham in the New Testament that will change how you think about your own worst mistakes → The victim mentality quietly keeping high-capacity Kingdom women spinning — and the one decision that flips you from victim to victor for good → The heart-guarding discipline you need (straight out of 2 Corinthians 10:5) that finally shuts the door the enemy and other people have been walking through If you've been silently battling alone with thoughts like: " I'm a fraud" , " I think I heard God wrong ," or " I don't think I have what it takes to finish what I started" — this is the word you need right now.
