As a songwriter, I am more than happy with the wide range of songs I have written over the years. But my musical skills are quite limited and the early demos on Soundcloud are of me singing and accompanying myself on guitar or latterly ukulele. I can strum the strings well enough, but there my skills end.Recently I discovered Suno AI and the results astounded me. I could finally produce demos of my songs to be proud of. I am currently going thru my catalogue of songs and producing AI assisted demos. I know many musicians turn away from AI but it has a place for me. There is no other way I could have obtained some 300 demos to this level.   Haiku -Poetry

  And now for something completely different! (apologies to Monty Python - again). I have set many of my poems music with Suno, but most of my poetry was quite short and this had left me unable to use it. UNTIL I came across this: https://soundcloud.com/re-ma-614543942/prague-by-renata-stefa-ska . Thanks for the idea Renata! A haiku for those who are not sure is a 3-line japanese poetry form, with lines specified as containing 5,7 and 5 syllables. They do not usually rhyme. This track brings together seven, almost unrelated haiku with free-form prose sections, interspersed throughout, which attempt to bring the haiku sections together. I believe it has worked quite well with a traditional japanese musical back ground.

  I have always liked this song, but decided that I would cover the original version, already posted on Sound Cloud, but using my cloned voice. - I would love to go back and do this with all my favourites, but..... Anyway, I hope you like this version, I will say however that I cannot sing like this, though I have been practicing a few of the Suno generated versions, for my own enjoyment. These are me and my guitar/ukulele only. I shall post some of them when I feel happy with them.

  It has been a while since I have deviated from a similar style prompt, Well here it is. No special reason for sticking to a particular style, it just happened while I was experimenting with fairly minimal differences in some style descriptions. However, I felt a need for raising the tempo for this "Latin - Jazz" version of an alternative rock track.

  This is an old poem, which I have set to music and restructured to be more in the format of a song. I have posted a reading of the original poem on SC a few years ago, but never set it to music before. After MIL died, My wife had to sell the family home in which she grew up, in many ways a sad experience. But the poem tries to think ahead and the memories we make with our own youngsters.
