My Home Almost Got Impounded | 100% Is Possible 100% of the Time
What do you do when your home is about to get taken, you have $0, and every answer is no? A few weeks ago, I walked out of the gym and saw four police officers standing around my bus. Not just any bus. The Shred Sled. My home. The bus I’ve driven across the country hosting events, teaching longboarding, building community, and bringing Beyond the Board to life. In that moment, I was being told it was about to get impounded . I couldn’t grab my laptop, my cameras, my clothes, or any of my belongings. The first fee they mentioned was $1,500 minimum, and because of a DMV registration issue, I had no idea when I’d be able to get my home back. This episode is the story of what happened next, but it’s not really about the bus. It’s about faith, surrender, support, and what it means to stay open to possibility when the facts look brutal . It’s about taking ownership, making clean requests, asking for help, releasing control, and choosing who you’re going to be while the outcome is still uncertain. In this episode I talk about: The moment I thought I was losing my home Why a no does not always mean the story is over The difference between surrendering and giving up What it means to ask for support instead of spiraling alone Why your energy under pressure matters How this experience reminded me that 100% is possible 100% of the time Follow Keep Pushing Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/keeppushingpodcast/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLuWmmT-3aLBe5jmH0o99GlzgR8owdyiht
