In this newscast: A Juneau construction company could have to pay $350,000 for allegedly violating the Clean Water Act by dredging and dumping in several wetlands without permits; There are over a thousand manmade stream crossings in the Tongass National Forest that aren't up to standard. But on Prince of Wales Island, in southern Southeast, an environmental nonprofit is replacing a handful of these structures with fish-friendly culverts; In a small fishing town in the Eastern Aleutians, a local family has been serving up scoops of ice cream to locals for decades. The far flung ice-cream shop has changed names and moved locations, but has remained a staple gathering place for King Cove residents.
