Why Lombardo’s fundraising haul doesn’t give him a firm advantage in Nevada’s gubernatorial race
Gov. Joe Lombardo is sitting on a war chest of roughly $15 million — a mix of direct donations and money flowing to political action committees backing his campaign. His Democratic rival, Attorney General Aaron Ford, is sitting on $2.6 million, according to state campaign finance disclosure reports filed July 15 with the Nevada secretary of state’s office.
