#24 - Lead Domino Podcast - Joe Enea
What if athletes could measure “where they’re at” without relying solely on playing time, wins, losses, or standard game stats.? Today, our guest is Joe Enea, founder of Objective Sports Performance, a unique combine-style experience designed for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Athletes attending an OSP event will be tasked at 12 different stations, 6 sport-specific and 6 movement/speed, and walk away with a personalized report card showing their results. It’s a real, objective snapshot of where they are today, a way to track where they’re headed and even some recommendations on how to get there. There’s a lot more to Objective Sports Performance than numbers on a page. Joe brings years of experience as acoach and father, and he’s created a concept that addresses a real need in today’s youth sports landscape: helping athletesunderstand their abilities, identify areas for growth, and offer suggestions for improvement. Joe and I had a great conversation about youth sports, athlete development, measuring progress, andwhy this concept is so important right now. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
