Lucas and Luna explore the machinery of modern B2B lead generation — demand creation, pipeline architecture, and the metrics that separate a functional funnel from a leaking one. Each episode takes a specific lead-gen problem: how to qualify inbound signals without drowning in noise, when to push for a demo versus nurture a contact, what conversion benchmarks actually mean across SaaS, professional services, and industrial verticals. Lucas brings the frameworks — database marketing, intent data scoring, attribution modeling — while Luna tests them against real campaigns she's run, citing specific cost-per-lead figures and close-rate shifts. Together they dissect ABM platforms, CRM hygiene, and the tension between volume and quality. No platitudes about 'relationships' — just the math of outreach sequences, the failure modes of MQL definitions, and why most companies stop following up too early. For marketing ops directors, revenue ops leads, and founders who write their own cold emails

How Competitor Podcast Appearances Reveal B2B Leads
Aug 18, 20268 minS4
In episode 160 of Lead Generation with Fexingo, Lucas and Luna show you how a competitor's podcast guest appearances can be a goldmine for B2B lead generation. They break down a real example: a fictional cybersecurity firm's CTO appearing on a niche industry podcast, and how that single interview revealed a new product direction, a struggling customer segment, and a list of prospects actively seeking alternatives. You'll learn a three-step framework: spot the appearance, decode the signals, and tailor your outreach. The hosts also discuss timing — why a podcast aired three weeks ago is the perfect window to strike — and how to use the competitor's own language to make your pitch resonate. If you've ever wondered what to do when a competitor literally speaks your prospect's language, this episode gives you a practical, repeatable strategy. In this episode of Lead Generation with Fexingo, Lucas and Luna explore how monitoring competitor job boards can reveal strategic shifts that signal new B2B lead opportunities. They discuss the signal behind a sudden spike in sales roles, the timing of backfill versus expansion hires, and how job descriptions for new positions—like a 'Head of Partnerships' or a 'Solutions Engineer'—can indicate a pivot toward a new segment or a new product line. The hosts walk through a practical framework for turning these observations into outreach triggers: when a competitor posts a role for a new industry vertical, that's your cue to contact prospects in that space who might be evaluating alternatives. They also cover the importance of tracking job boards for signs of financial stress, like a hiring freeze or a spike in layoffs, which can open doors for your own sales team. With actionable tips and real-world examples, this episode equips you to turn a routine check of the 'Careers' page into a lead-gen goldmine. Tune in to learn how to mine competitor job posts for pipeline-building insights. #CompetitorJobBoards #B2BLeadSignals #SalesHiring #LeadGen #DemandGen #Marketing #Business #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #B2BSales #Hiring #SalesIntelligence #PipelineBuilding #CompetitiveIntelligence #JobPostings #LeadResearch #SalesStrategy #OutboundSales Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Mining Competitor Help Center Articles for B2B Leads
Aug 15, 202610 minS4
Episode 158 of Lead Generation with Fexingo digs into a fresh angle: mining competitor help center articles to find B2B leads. Lucas and Luna explore how the documentation companies write for existing customers can reveal their pain points, upgrade triggers, and expansion opportunities. They walk through a concrete example from a fictional logistics software company, showing how a help article about 'bulk label printing' exposed a gap in the market and led to a targeted outreach campaign. The hosts discuss what to look for in help center content, how to prioritize leads based on article topics, and the ethical line between research and spying. If you're in B2B demand gen, this episode gives you a practical new tool for your lead strategy toolkit, complete with a step-by-step framework you can apply to your own competitors. Listen in for a fresh take on competitor intelligence that goes beyond the usual playbook. #CompetitorHelpCenter #B2BLeadGeneration #DemandGen #PipelineBuilding #LeadStrategy #CompetitorResearch #B2BMarketing #SalesLeads #MarketingStrategy #CustomerPainPoints #UpgradeTriggers #ExpansionRevenue #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #Marketing #LeadGenTips #CompetitiveIntelligence #B2BSales Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
How Competitor Partner Directories Reveal B2B Leads
Aug 14, 20269 minS4
In this episode of Lead Generation with Fexingo, Lucas and Luna explore how mining competitor partner directories can uncover high-intent B2B leads. They discuss the strategic value of partner ecosystems, using a recent example of a cloud software company whose partner page revealed a shift toward vertical SaaS. The hosts explain how to identify partners that are potential buyers, the signals to look for, and how to approach outreach effectively. They contrast this with more common tactics like email scraping or job-posting monitoring, and share a framework for prioritizing partner-based leads. Whether you're a startup or an established firm, this episode offers a fresh angle on lead gen that leverages public data in a smart, ethical way. #B2BLeadGen #CompetitorAnalysis #PartnerEcosystems #LeadGeneration #Marketing #SalesStrategy #BusinessDevelopment #DemandGen #PipelineBuilding #CompetitiveIntel #GoToMarket #SaaS #B2BMarketing #LeadIntelligence #PartnerMarketing #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #MarketingPodcast Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
In episode 156 of Lead Generation with Fexingo, Lucas and Luna explore a fresh angle: mining competitor product changelogs for B2B lead signals. They explain how a seemingly routine software update—like a new integration or a compliance tweak—can reveal which prospects are actively evaluating alternatives. Using a realistic example of a CRM tool adding a Slack integration, they show how to identify target accounts, craft personalized outreach, and time your messaging for maximum impact. The episode also covers practical tools for tracking changelogs and metrics to measure success. If you're in B2B sales or marketing, this episode gives you a concrete, repeatable playbook to find high-intent leads before your competitors do. #B2BLeadGeneration #Marketing #CompetitorChangelogs #LeadSignals #ProductUpdates #IntentData #SalesIntelligence #PipelineBuilding #DemandGen #OutboundSales #SalesPlaybook #B2BMarketing #LeadStrategy #CompetitorAnalysis #SoftwareChangelogs #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #SalesHacks Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
