Here's the truth no one tells you: You don’t have a performance problem—you have a leadership clarity gap.
Most managers think they’re leading—
But what they’re really doing is directing, managing, and micromanaging their teams into burnout.
In this episode of Leadership Rewired, Allison Allen and Dean Martin unpack the real difference between managing and leading—and why it matters more than ever in today’s hybrid, high-pressure workplace.
👉 Are you setting vision—or just executing someone else’s?
👉 Are you developing your people—or just directing their tasks...
We showed up to record a leadership podcast. We didn’t expect it to change how we lead, how we speak, and how we show up in the world. This isn’t theory—this is what happens when leaders stop performing and start telling the truth.
This finale is more than a wrap-up—it’s a moment of truth.
In Episode 27, we reflect on how this podcast changed us. Not our roles or our strategies—but our voice, our confidence, and our courage to lead differently. No script. No pretense. Just real talk about what it means to show up fully, even...

In this episode of Leadership Rewired, we’re talking about something leaders often overlook: recognition.

In a world where leaders are navigating constant change and employees are running on fumes, recognition isn't a "nice-to-have." It's a leadership strategy. A trust-builder. A performance enhancer. And if you're not doing it right, you're leaving impact—and morale—on the table.
🧠 In this episode, we...

Still leading like it’s 2019? That won’t cut it anymore.
Leadership today demands more than strategy decks and status meetings.

In this episode of Leadership Rewired, Allison Allen and Dean Martin break down what leadership really looks like in today’s chaotic, fast-moving world.
We cover:
- Why leaders need to shift from control to influence

ADHD & Leadership - How to Thrive, Not Just Survive A Real Talk
Apr 14, 202536 minS1
Ever wonder why some of your top performers seem disorganized, overwhelmed, or emotionally tapped out? What if it's not a performance issue-but unrecognized ADHD? Let's talk about it.
In this bold and honest episode of Leading Minds, we sit down with Dr. Kiara Manosalvas-a licensed psychologist, educator, and expert in ADHD and mental health-to explore how ADHD shows up in leaders, especially women and people of color, and why it's often missed or misdiagnosed.
We unpack the difference between stress and neurodivergence, the emotional toll of internalized self-talk, and how leaders can turn ADHD from a perceived limitation into a...

What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
