His background spans digital transformation, financial services, and organisational change management. He is an AI Fellow at Harvard's Advanced Leadership Initiative, where he helps senior executives understand and apply artificial intelligence within their organisations. He earned his master's degree from Harvard with a focus on innovation and technology. Before entering technology and entrepreneurship, Abdi was a professional middle-distance athlete, competing at the national level in Norway.
