Change, uncertainty, self-doubt, relationships, identity, the pressure to know what comes next. I wanted to create a place for honest conversations about those moments; conversations that help us understand what we’re experiencing and ourselves, a little better. Season 3 brought eight very different conversations. But the thread running through all of them was deeply human: When we talk honestly about the uncomfortable and uncertain parts of life, we realise we’re not experiencing them alone.
