#242: Permission Not To Grow Your Law Practice
May 26, 202617 minS5
Grow your law practice. That's the general rule. But what if you're working hard but not enjoying it? What if you're resisting growth? And what if you know you don't really want to grow any further (yet feel the push to do so, regardless)? Listen for a reality check around what you truly want and giving yourself permission NOT to grow. Today is the last episode of Season 5. We will be back this Fall with Season 6. In the meantime, be sure to join my newsletter (Success Without Sacrifice), follow me on LinkedIn and catch up on old episodes. *** Success Without Sacrifice: https://www.coursecorrectioncoaching.com/connect/ Follow me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/heathermoulder/ The post #242: Permission Not To Grow Your Law Practice appeared first on Life and Law Podcast .

#240: Values Alignment Isn’t Safe (That’s the Point): Let’s Talk About Antisemitism
May 12, 20261h 10mS5
I talk a lot about values alignment (aligning your law practice to your values). But what, precisely, does that look like in practice? Here's the thing: Values that cost you nothing probably aren't values — they're just words you aren't really standing behind. Yet the cost is worth it. Because NOT aligning to your values costs something, too. That's why I was immediately drawn to Ariella Cohen Coleman. She's a lawyer who built a values-aligned law firm and a nonprofit to support the Jewish community. She speaks openly about antisemitism. Even if it makes others uncomfortable. Even though it could cost her something. She is the real thing. This conversation is about so much: - What it actually takes to build a values-aligned practice. - Lawyer wellbeing (and why it's related to peak performance). - The responsibility lawyers have to speak up about antisemitism (and the role we can play to change course). This conversation is powerful. It's important. Be sure to listen. *** Join Success Without Sacrifice https://www.coursecorrectioncoaching.com/connect/ The post #240: Values Alignment Isn’t Safe (That’s the Point): Let’s Talk About Antisemitism appeared first on Life and Law Podcast .
Ever wonder how lawyers get clients? It's not about pitching them more (or harder). It's actually about alignment, timing, & understanding your clients (deeply). Listen to learn how to align to them, understand them, and use timing to your benefit. **** Join Success Without Sacrifice: https://www.coursecorrectioncoaching.com/connect/ The post #239: How Lawyers Get Clients appeared first on Life and Law Podcast .
Post on LinkedIn. Speak at conferences. Write articles. You know all the things you could do to market, but HOW are you supposed to do it in a way that actually fits…. You? That is what we get into today. Because what I know is this: The lawyers who are the BEST legal marketers aren’t the most extroverted or the best 'salespeople.' They do 5 things differently. Listen to learn my Top 5 Legal Marketing Tips to uplevel your legal marketing while doing it uniquely as YOU (and sells without having to overtly "sell"). *** Join Success Without Sacrifice Newsletter: https://www.coursecorrectioncoaching.com/connect/ The post #238: My Top 5 Legal Marketing Tips appeared first on Life and Law Podcast .
Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
