In this episode of Light the Day , Julie Cluff sits down with Kenneth Ross to explore his extraordinary near-death experience and the spiritual transformation that followed. During his NDE, Kenneth found himself in what he describes as a vast void—a place of profound peace, healing, and infinite possibility. There, he sensed the presence of many beings who gave him a simple but powerful instruction: “Let go of that which you hold on to.” Those words brought him back to an earlier out-of-body experience in which he had asked to see who he truly was. What he discovered was unforgettable: beneath his identity, his history, and his fears, he experienced himself as the light of God . As Kenneth released the fears and wounds he had been carrying, he experienced an overwhelming sense of wholeness, expansion, peace, and connection. Eventually, he encountered beings who seemed to be welcoming him home—only to be told that it wasn't yet his time and that there were still things for him to do. Returning wasn't easy. Kenneth describes the grief of leaving that expansive state and spending decades keeping much of his experience to himself. Then, 26 years later, a powerfulspiritual awakening shattered the walls he had built around his life and called him to finally share his story. Kenneth leaves us with three powerful lessons: release the fear of death, release the fear of judgment, and give yourself grace. His message is beautifully simple: our deepest essenceis the light and love of God, and nothing we experience can take that away.
