Borrowing Confidence: How to Fake It Until You Feel Ready for Anything
Jul 22, 20265 minS1
Welcome back to Love Always, Lis. In this episode, I’m talking about what “fake it till you make it” has actually looked like in my life—because I don’t think it means faking who you are, what you know, or what you’re capable of. Sometimes, you’re just borrowing a little confidence until your own catches up. I share some very real stories from my early speaking experiences—the fear, the self-doubt, the anxiety (including the I-might-actually-throw-up kind )—and what it took to keep walking onto those stages anyway. Because here’s the thing: I wasn’t faking my knowledge. I wasn’t faking my expertise. I knew I belonged there. My confidence just hadn’t gotten the memo yet. This episode is about showing up before you feel completely ready. Letting yourself be imperfect. Trusting that little fire inside you that keeps saying, go anyway. Whether it’s a big stage, a hard conversation, a new opportunity, or just one scary leap of faith, you don’t have to wait until the fear disappears to move forward. Courage and fear can exist at the same time. Sometimes you just have to bet on yourself—and let your confidence catch up along the way. Love always, Lis Thank you for spending this time with me. If something stirred, softened, or settled while you were listening, trust that — nothing needs to be rushed. If you’d like to explore this work more deeply, I offer one-on-one HeartHealing® sessions and small, experiential healing days for women who want to feel their way back to themselves. The Great Shedding Year: Endings, Angels, and New Beginnings
Jul 22, 20267 minS1
Welcome back to Love Always, Lis. This episode is probably one of the most personal ones I’ve shared yet. I’m taking you into what I’ve come to call my Great Shedding Year —the end of 2023 through 2024. A year that brought heartbreak, the unraveling of a long-term relationship, loss, and more than a few moments that completely brought me to my knees. At the time, it felt like everything was falling apart. But looking back, I can see the threads connecting it all. In this episode, I’m sharing the real, unfiltered version of what that season looked like—the pain, the surrender, the things I had to let go of, and the unexpected spiritual awakening that began to change everything. What felt like a year of losing so much ultimately became a year of shedding the pieces of my life—and myself—that I could no longer carry with me. If you’re in your own season of letting go, grieving what was, or standing in that uncomfortable space between who you were and whoever you’re becoming… this one is for you. Sometimes the shedding is the beginning. You can find more at ilissag.com . Until next time — love always, Lis.

A Love Letter to You: Spring’s Invitation to Curiosity and Courage
Mar 13, 20266 minS1

Today’s episode is a little different. Instead of a story or a teaching, I’m sharing something that feels more like a letter—from me to you.

As winter begins to turn into spring, I’ve been thinking a lot about seasons. Building Your Crowded Table: The Power of Community in Life, Business, and Healing
Mar 13, 20267 minS1

In this episode, I’m talking about community—something I think a lot of women deeply crave but don’t always feel like they’re allowed to need. We’re often taught to figure it all out ourselves, carry everything, and prove we can handle it alone. But in my experience, the most meaningful growth has almost always happened in community.

I share a few personal stories in this one—from the early days of building a business and gathering a group of incredible women in my apartment for what we called “Business Chicks,” to other moments in my life when...

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
