Episode #123
Main Corpse | Ep 123 More Bones & New England Vampires
This week, CODE ORANGE ! The Creeps are still getting spooky and it's gonna stay that way! We're trying more Bones coffee, first the Army of Dark Chocolate variety, as Kelsey cold brews it with cold foam and chocolate drizzle because we're awesomely bougie and it only gets more fancy from there. They try S'morey Time, Holy Cannoli with all sorts of accoutrement. Then, Matt takes Kelsey on a trip to 1800's New England ( all of New England, just all of it ) for the insanity of several stories on the panicked belief that friends and family were vampires from beyond the grave. That those vampires were making the living sick instead of it being ( Tuberculosis ) consumption. And that the bodies needed to be exhumed, examined to determine vampirism, in which they were then cut apart and re-buried or even burned in (often failed) attempts to spare the ones left sick above ground. They also talk about the candy and pumpkin spice flowing, coffee roasts, needing caffeine for night recording, fall trips on the east coast, Colin Robinson, Val Kilmer in Tombstone, and Matt's pocket knife. Trigger warning: this episode contains Updog.
