"Is It Over Yet?!" How to Find Peace and Joy in 2026
Dec 22, 20257 min
If you’re sick to death of 2025, this episode is for you. This year has been filled with chaos, toxicity, and emotional exhaustion and many of us are done just trying to “stay positive.” In this episode, I'm talking about what it means to move out of the darkness and into the light as we look toward 2026. Inspired by the return of longer days and the symbolism of the Year of the Horse, this conversation is about forward motion, personal power, and action — not wishful thinking . In this episode, we explore: Why so many of us feel emotionally drained and over it this year How the return of light reminds us that nothing stays dark forever What the Year of the Horse represents — strength, independence, stamina, and movement Why hope without action keeps us stuck How volunteering and service reconnect us to purpose and power Why midlife women don’t need to tolerate drama, chaos, or anyone else’s nonsense How to protect your peace, set boundaries, and walk away without guilt What reclaiming your power actually looks like heading into 2026 This episode is a reminder that optimism matters but action is what changes everything .

How to Let Go of Control and Finally Feel at Peace
Nov 26, 20258 min
In this episode, I share a truth I’ve had to confront myself: most of my stress, frustration, and anger were actually fear in disguise. Fear of things not working out, fear of losing control, fear of not being enough. And the more I tried to control everything, the more fear I created. I talk about how choosing trust—trust in the universe, trust in the process, trust in myself—helped me release that fear and find a deeper sense of peace. It all begins with shifting your feelings in the moment. How to recognize when “stress” is really fear Why control creates anxiety instead of safety How faith and trust soften fear instantly A simple practice to shift your emotional state When you let go of controlling everything, you create space for peace, clarity, and calm. If this episode resonates, share it with another woman who needs the reminder that she doesn’t have to hold it all together alone. When Love Isn’t Enough: What 15 Years of Marriage as a Caregiver Has Taught Me
Oct 24, 202511 minS4
In this episode, I’m getting real about what it takes to keep a relationship strong when life throws something at you that you never saw coming. Four weeks after I got remarried, my husband was diagnosed with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. Overnight, I went from being a newlywed to being a caregiver. Fifteen years later, I can honestly say that while love is amazing — it’s not enough to make a marriage last when things get hard. This conversation isn’t just for current caregivers — it’s for anyone who’s ever believed that “love conquers all.” I share the lessons I’ve learned about flexibility, boundaries, humor, and respect — and how I’ve learned to build a marriage that looks completely different from what I once imagined… but is filled with a deeper kind of love. In This Episode, I Talk About: How I realized that “love conquers all” is a myth What becoming a caregiver taught me about marriage and identity Why flexibility keeps relationships from breaking The boundaries I’ve had to set to protect my energy and mental health The role humor plays in surviving the hard days Why respect matters even more than romance If you’re caring for a partner, a parent, or anyone you love — I’d love to hear how you’re navigating it. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
