Pushing Your Limits Doesn't Work
Sep 7, 20261 hour
In this video podcast, I'm sharing the raw, unedited footage of myself working out with Brandon Shewbert of Limitless Fitness. It's our second shoot, but we've been working together for three months, and it's been one of the best decisions of my life. Our first podcast was painful: https://youtu.be/2VaNPejvHV4 The healing journey of the body is so layered, to the point where we store stress, move to do things, and just function as a human being. I came to him with my so-called "bad knees" and "torn rotator cuff" issues, and it was nothing that I thought. This was a 90-minute workout, and Brandon doesn't come short of giving you 100%. In this video, I'm sharing raw, unedited footage of myself alongside the story behind it: growing up as the "fat kid," dealing with a speech impediment, and carrying the weight of family dysfunction and how other people saw me. The moment I sat down and watched footage of myself for the first time: the number on the scale, the shame I've carried, why I was scared to post this, the people-pleasing that came from hiding my weight, and why I'm sharing it- because it's my story. It's not for everyone, but it's about being honest about where I've been so I can move forward. As I like to say, "Keeping social media real.." this isn't a highlight reel. It's NOT a super personal diary of everything, but enough to let folks know they're not alone in their journey. Sometimes, it takes an uncomfortable long look at yourself, body image, and see what it actually takes to start the healing instead of just hiding. LeBron James just launched his own YouTube channel, and it's not just for highlights. In this episode of NDUB with no Borders, I break down the 3 real reasons a global superstar like LeBron is moving onto YouTube, and why the same playbook applies whether you're an athlete, entrepreneur, or small business owner building your own brand. From staying relevant with a younger audience to turning content into recurring revenue, these are lessons anyone building a personal brand needs to hear. Taking my two sons out for a round of golf sounded simple, until I had to juggle client calls, a hot course, and teaching them the game from scratch. In this episode of NDUB with no Borders, I bring my boys out for their first real round, from their first drives to a mid-round break for steak bites and shrimp. Along the way, we talk about coaching them to aim for the flag, surviving a rough hole (I ended up in a ditch), and running into an old friend from an Arizona trip. I also get into why golf is one of the best places to build real relationships and close business deals, and by the back nine, the round turns into a full breakdown of the "short game" and why the same discipline that wins on the green is exactly what wins in marketing and client work. BGA 2026: Night Golf in Scottsdale, Arizona Was ABSOLUTELY INSANE (100° at 9PM!)
Jul 27, 202610 min
It's BGA trip #6! This year the Black Golfers Association crew (me, Julian, Marvin, David, and the squad) touched down in Scottsdale, Arizona for a golf getaway with a twist, nighttime golf in 100-degree heat. From a surprise speakeasy toast at PDX before takeoff, to a house and pool tour, a pro shop military discount, and finally teeing off after dark at Grand Rolling Hills under lights (with it still being 100° at 9PM), this one has it all. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
