Every career has a moment where the path stops being obvious. The seat wasn't assigned, it was earned, built, or occasionally taken. No Assigned Seats is a conversation series hosted by Thomas Stirling, brand strategist, agency founder, and the guy brands call when the wheels are spinning but nothing's moving. Each episode, Tom sits down with marketing and business leaders to go beyond the résumé and into the decisions that actually shaped them: the pivots, the reinventions, the bets that paid off, and the ones that didn't. This isn't a tactics show. It's a show about leadership in motion, what it looks like when clarity is hard to find, change is constant, and the next move is never guaranteed. If you're building something, leading something, or figuring out what comes next, pull up a chair.

The Last Moat: Why Taste Matters More Than Ever in the Age of AI With Shana Hale
Aug 13, 202629 minS1
In this episode, host Tom Stirling sits down with Shana Hale, VP of Global Creative at The Trade Desk, to explore why human judgment remains the one thing AI can't replicate. As tools make production faster and easier than ever, Shana argues that taste, the definitive judgment and intuition that lets a brand stand apart, has become a company's last real competitive advantage. Shana shares her path from photography and publishing to building a 40-person in-house creative agency from scratch. She and Thomas discuss why "less but better" is becoming a vital mantra in the age of AI, and how leaders can use it for scale without sacrificing the originality and human spark that drive genuine connection with an audience. The Next Chapter: Why Brands (and People) Need to Rethink Aging, Purpose, and Possibility with Linda Watts
Jul 22, 202629 minS1
What if one of the biggest opportunities in marketing isn't the next generation—but the one we've been overlooking? In this episode, host Thomas Stirling sits down with Linda Watts, Director of Brand & Marketing at the National Senior Games Association, to explore why older adults remain one of the most misunderstood audiences in marketing. Drawing on more than two decades of experience across healthcare, senior living, and mission-driven organizations, Linda shares why brands need to move beyond messaging rooted in fear and decline and instead inspire purpose, possibility, and what's still ahead. Together, Tom and Linda discuss the power of aspirational storytelling, how purpose continues to motivate people at every stage of life, and why organizations across healthcare, financial services, wellness, and beyond have an opportunity to rethink how they engage adults over 50. Along the way, they explore the remarkable mission of the National Senior Games Association and what its athletes teach us about aging, achievement, and human potential. Jul 15, 202630 minS1
What can healthcare marketers learn from the cutthroat world of political campaigns? In this episode, host Thomas Stirling sits down with Vinny Mangiacopra, Director of Marketing at the Center for Vein Restoration (CVR), the nation’s largest physician-led vein care practice. Managing a multimillion-dollar patient acquisition budget across 120+ locations, Vinny shares how his unconventional background in political science and grassroots campaigning shaped his unique approach to brand growth, leadership, and patient care. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
