What Makes Neymar the Most Intriguing New Caster in Warmachine?
In this episode, I sit down with Angus and Chris to talk about the recent updates to the Warmachine page on the Steamforged Games website. I point out how much more streamlined the design is now, and how much easier it is to find things like mercenary units and customer support. We also take a moment to celebrate our podcast’s one-year anniversary, which is a huge milestone for us, and I tease an upcoming live stream that we’re all really excited about. The main topic of the episode is the new caster, Neymar. I share my thoughts on her lore, admitting that I find it a bit underwhelming compared to some of the older casters, which is a bit disappointing. However, I’m really impressed by her gameplay mechanics, especially her unique hunger point generating system, her cavalry abilities, and her strong field marshal skills. Overall, while I have mixed feelings about her backstory, I think Neymar brings some exciting new elements to the game.
