Walking Through the Fire, Beau Williamson on Resilience, Coaching & Community in Hyrox - 119
Aug 17, 20261h 16m
Bo Williamson is back on The Paths We Take his first appearance in almost two years. In that time he's gone from gym owner to full-time coach and athlete, and this conversation covers all of it: the mental shift from "exercise" to "training," what it actually takes to commit to a goal (and why hours-per-week is always the first question), and the toxic side of competitive fitness culture that nobody talks about enough. We get into the tendon tear Bo suffered mid-race at a Hyrox event last September, the pop, the numbness, the decision to keep racing anyway, and the twelve months of PRP injections, weekly physio, and training modifications that followed. Bo opens up about coaching athletes through their own injuries and setbacks, why he believes you can't actually "win" training, and the idea that's been on his mind lately: that evidence, not motivation, is what gets people to their next step. We also talk about imposter syndrome as a growth tool, the difference between coaching from the sideline versus coaching in the trenches, and why community not the medal is usually the real reason people keep showing up.
5 Runners to 45 in 7 Months, Inside Adelaide's Fastest-Growing Run Group With Mat Mcquade - #118
Aug 10, 20261h 8m
Seven months ago, Matt was running with five people around Unley Oval, dodging traffic. This week, the Belief Project pulls 45 runners on a winter Tuesday morning. Matt sits down for round two to unpack what actually happens behind a running community that grows that fast. We get into why he ditched individual sports for team culture, the exact difference between finding community and building it, and how a coffee shop next to the session became more important than the session itself. He also opens up on the Gold Coast Marathon build that didn't hit his sub-3 goal, why he trains through "I don't feel like it" with a rule he calls having no choice, and what changed when LSKD came calling wanting to sponsor BP (spoiler: he made them earn it first). If you're in Adelaide and you run, or you're trying to build something from nothing, this one's for you. BP runs Tuesday and Thursday, 6am, from Just Down the Road Cafe! 4 ACL Tears, a Near-Death Surgery, and 120km on Foot: Building a Life on Resilience With Stefan Cali - #118
Aug 3, 20261h 6m
In this episode of The Paths We Take , Jordan sits down with a strength and conditioning coach at Peak Performance and Head S&C Coach at Sturt Football Club, whose journey through four knee reconstructions (plus a near-fatal workplace accident) became the foundation for a career built on resilience, honesty, and grit. He opens up about being cut from a state sporting institute program at 14, flatlining on the operating table after a shocking knee injury, and the mental shift required to keep coming back from injury after injury eventually walking away from competitive soccer to build a coaching career from the ground up. The conversation dives into: How physical adversity became a tool for building mental and emotional resilience The pivot from professional soccer to strength and conditioning coaching Running (and walking) 120km in 24 hours for the Breakthrough Foundation, and training for a 100-mile Guinness World Record attempt Why "backing yourself in" matters more than having the perfect résumé Balancing business, family, and training as a self-described "chaotic" ADHD entrepreneur The power of relationships, mentorship, and community in building a career from nothing Whether you're an athlete recovering from injury, an entrepreneur figuring it out as you go, or someone chasing your own version of resilience, this episode is a masterclass in turning setbacks into fuel. Running 14 Marathons in 7 Consecutive Days And My Story With Depression - #115
Jul 20, 202610 min
Tomorrow on the podcast I share something that I've always avoided sharing over the last 6 years on the show. This one is something that I felt needed to come out. For me. But also to help explain why I am preparing to do what I am in March of 2027. I am running 14 marathons in 7 days for The Breakthrough foundation. The cause and purpose is not just some random thing, it is something and I am truly passionate about. I think we can only make a change for the better in mental health awareness, when we get honest and take the step to share. Bottling things up, does nothing good for you. Struggling with depression, I know just how much that statement is true. If you want to learn more about what's to come in March visit staystrongrun.com.au . Thanks for listening, and stay strong https://breakthroughcommunityhub.org.au/thestaystrongrun
Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
