冬天，一群青蛙聚集於林間，等待即將的死亡。首先是悲觀蛙上場，哀嘆生命毫無意義，又有一隻玩世的蛙外出尋歡，並勸悲觀蛙要活在當下，接連又有貪財蛙向悲觀蛙索取財物，強盜蛙霸氣的相遇，以及愚笨蛙與聰明蛙兄弟。隨後，一隻嫉妒蛙暗中尾隨丈夫玩世的蛙，卻目睹其與美人蛙的親密互動，情緒失控下引發衝突，數隻青蛙在混亂中受傷昏迷。場面失序之際，天才蛙出現，安撫眾蛙，帶領牠們展開行動。在天才蛙高聲一呼下，引導群蛙朝樹奔去，並大聲喊著「要找到生命的目標！」，眾蛙在寒風中齊聲呼喊，接連撞樹而死。最終，天才蛙獨自走向樹幹，在北風和音樂聲中，歸於寂靜。《蛙戲》是馬森發表於1970年的劇本，全劇以青蛙寓言死亡和生命的意義，在虛無中反諷汲汲營營與盲從的群眾。 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
