EP 262 It Was All A Dream: Steven Robertson (Part 2)
In part 2, Steven Robertson shares how God taught him to “win people over, not beat them,” stewarding eachrelationship with humility and focus, including an early conflict with a poor leader who later became a close friend. He describes learning to value the person in front of him, which led to unexpected global relationships and business opportunities. Steven explains his progression from coach to business leader by working diligently, serving in any task, building trust, and leading through clear expectations and accountability, while strengthening problem-solving, communication, perseverance, and gratitude. He recounts the severe impact of COVID as he had to shut down the business he was about to buy, release staff, lose income, and downsize his home, choosing faith andstewardship in crisis. Mentored by Adam Bower, he “leaned in” to speaking and training, refining his message through feedback, and ultimately stepped into full-time ministry while continuing corporate leadership work. He emphasizes mentorship, stewarding marriage like a tithe, and giving away his gifts to help others find identity in Jesus. #StevenRobertson
