Aug 17, 202618 min
Can you make money from a podcast? Well, even with hundreds of thousands of active podcasts out there, the answer is 100% YES. And I know that because we work with podcasters who are generating revenue from their podcast every day - from one recruiter who landed a £30k deal off the back of his second episode with no audience, to creators who have made thousands in ad revenue and brand deals. And in this episode, I'm going to share with you the eight most effective ways to make money from a podcast. And these methods are split into two categories: You're either selling your own stuff. Or you're selling someone else's stuff (either directly or indirectly). And I'll share some that require an audience and some that don't so wherever you are in your podcasting journey this is for you. By the end, you will have a much clearer idea of which monetisation strategy makes the most sense for your podcast and how to get started. How To Get Podcast Guests (Who Actually Grow Your Show)
Jun 22, 202621 min
If you have an interview podcast, or you ever bring guests onto your show, then you'll know that finding the right guests isn't always easy. Not only do you need to find people who are willing to give up their time, but you also need to find guests who can provide real value to your audience. Not all guests are created equal. Some guests can help you create incredible episodes that your listeners love and help you grow your audience. Others can leave you with an episode that gets very little engagement and doesn't really move the needle for your podcast at all. In the worst cases, you end up with an episode that can't even be published. That's why in this episode, I'm going to share how to get podcast guests. How to identify the kinds of guests you should be booking, how to find them, and how to approach them in a way that dramatically increases your chances of getting a yes. Covered in this episode: How to identify your ideal guests. Finding the right guests. How to book podcast guests. Double Your Listeners In 30 Days With This Podcast Marketing Strategy
Jun 8, 202617 min
This one podcaster was able to almost triple her downloads within a month. And it wasn't because she paid some so-called "podcast promoter". There were no paid ads. No listen-for-listen tactics. Instead, she used one of the most powerful podcast growth strategies that we know of for growing an engaged listener based for a small podcast organically. And in this episode, I'm going to break down exactly what that strategy was, why it worked so well, and how you can apply it to your own podcast. Covered in this episode: Who this strategy works for. The Audience Borrowing strategy explained. How you can get these results. Finding people who share your audience. Reaching out to them so they reply. Tracking your results so you can get more of them. So, if you want a way of growing your audience of engaged listeners without paying for ads, this is for you. If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
