Why You’re Stuck (Even Though You Know What to Do)
Aug 10, 20265 min
You can be smart, capable, and genuinely good at what you do, then still find yourself circling the same decisions for months. That stuck feeling isn’t a sign you’re behind or broken. It’s often what happens when you keep piling on more advice, more tactics, and more “how to” training until your knowledge creates uncertainty instead of momentum. We unpack why experts and service-based business owners get trapped in overthinking, especially when you’re trying to turn your skills into scalable income through courses, programs, products, and platforms. I share a real story about a client who took a webinar and walked away with a pitch for a $15,000 mastermind even though she already knew how to sell. From there, we dig into the fear of making the wrong decision, how to “fail forward,” and why decisions get easier when you use data and small tests instead of waiting for perfect clarity. We also talk about the practical reasons progress stalls: lack of accountability, unclear priorities, and doing tasks that feel like CEO work but don’t actually move the business. You’ll leave with three simple questions that cut through the noise and help you identify your next move fast, plus a reminder that confidence shows up after you take action, not before. The 3 Top Strategies To Grow Your Organic Audience in a World of AI with Chardet Ryel
Jul 20, 202628 min
AI didn’t just speed up content creation, it exposed how much of the internet sounds the same. When everyone can publish faster, the real question becomes: how do you stay recognizable, build trust, and grow an organic audience without spending your whole day feeding the algorithm? We talk with visibility mentor and full-time podcaster Sharday Rayelle about what’s actually changing in audience growth right now: higher skepticism, lower attention, and a stronger need for real connection. From using your literal voice to keep your tone human, to leaving in the small “imperfections” that prove you’re not a bot, we dig into what makes people feel safe enough to stick around. Then we break down three strategies that compound over time: committing to long form content that builds bingeable trust, creating searchable assets that work with Google and AI discovery, and tapping borrowed audiences through collaborations and podcast guesting. We also get tactical about what separates traffic from the right traffic. Sharday shares a clear example of a viral YouTube win that produced zero sales, and how search intent and specificity fix that problem. From repurposing one core piece into a blog post, email, and short clips, to building a true content ecosystem that warms “tundra cold” leads over months, you’ll leave with a simple plan you can run without burning out. If you want smarter organic marketing, better SEO-driven visibility, and content that sounds like you, press play. The most expensive mistake in business often doesn’t show up on a credit card statement. It shows up as lost time, drained energy, and momentum you can’t seem to rebuild no matter how many tools you try. We’re talking about the hidden cost of trying to grow a business alone and why “figuring it out” can quietly keep you stuck for years. We walk through the patterns we see in smart entrepreneurs all the time: starting over after every setback, carrying every decision yourself until decision fatigue turns into burnout, and getting paralyzed by the fear of picking the wrong niche, the wrong product, or the wrong opt-in. When you’re too close to your business, objectivity disappears, and even good ideas can fail because the foundation isn’t aligned. Then we get practical with a client story: a relationship coach running a niche podcast using Grey’s Anatomy scenes to teach healthier relationships. The content was strong, but her lead magnet and call to action weren’t connected, so growth stalled. One aligned shift changed everything: a quiz opt-in that matched the show, a clear CTA woven into each episode, and simpler social content that performed better. The result was over 500 new email subscribers in 48 hours and a clear path from content to offers. If you’re tired of spinning your wheels, subscribe, share this with a business owner friend, and leave a review so more people can find it. The Power of Quiz Lead Generation for Growing Your Audience Faster with Crystal Rose Napolitano
Jul 6, 202634 min
Your email list grows when the next step feels obvious and fun, not when you grind out more posts and hope the algorithm cooperates. We sit down with Crystal Rose Napolitano, a sexologist and relationship coach, to unpack how she used quiz lead generation to bring in hundreds of highly engaged subscribers in just a few weeks by meeting her audience where they already are: their favorite TV fandom. We get specific about the strategy and the tools. Crystal walks through her Grey’s Anatomy relationship quiz, why it fits her brand, and how that relevance makes the opt-in convert. Then we map the full (simple) quiz funnel: Typeform for the quiz, a native Typeform to Kit integration, tagging, an automated email sequence, and a low-cost tripwire offer that can sell on autopilot. We also talk honestly about what it looks like when something works before it “makes money,” and how to use an email audit to fix clicks, timing, and offers without overcomplicating the numbers. If you create content on Instagram or TikTok, you’ll love the section on repurposing: Crystal’s green-screen videos turn podcast analysis into short-form posts, then use a consistent call to action that trains the audience to take action. If you’re ready to grow your email list, build a smarter lead magnet, and turn attention into subscribers you can actually reach, hit play, then share this with a friend who’s stuck on list growth. How to Know What Your Business Actually Needs Right Now
Jun 29, 20268 min
Your business probably doesn’t need “more.” It needs clarity. If you’ve been telling yourself the problem is visibility, content, or sales, there’s a good chance you’re treating a symptom while the real bottleneck keeps your growth stuck. We walk through why entrepreneurs so often solve the wrong problem first, especially when we’re making emotional decisions, speaking in niche terms our audience doesn’t use, or spiraling into comparison. When you’re reacting to trends or chasing the latest shiny object, it’s easy to drift away from what your customers actually need and what your business system is missing. Then we break down four of the most common business bottlenecks that quietly block momentum: an unclear offer, weak messaging that skips problem awareness, inconsistent visibility (email and your primary platform matter more than you think), and a lack of strategy that fails to guide people through the buyer journey. If you sell a course, program, product, or service, this framework helps you stop guessing and start making decisions that lead to consistent sales and a business that supports your life. To make it practical, we end with a quick self-audit you can run today: what feels hardest, where you plateau, what frustrates you most, and what you avoid. Those answers point directly to the constraint you need to fix first, because you can’t solve what you can’t clearly see. If you want help mapping it out, book a free discovery call , and if this helped, subscribe, share it with a friend, and leave a quick review. Read more here. Support the show

Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
