Home Depot’s Small Fixes Surge | Raleigh News
Aug 19, 20261 min
Home Depot’s sales jumped 5.7% last quarter—not because folks are remodeling mansions, but because they’re tackling small, affordable fixes like leaky faucets and vanity updates. With homeowners tightening their belts, Home Depot’s rolling out Express Delivery nationwide, using its 2,000+ stores to ship thousands of items in under three hours for a flat fee. It’s all about convenience: turning “I’ll get to it later” into “I’ll buy it now.” Listen in comfort: Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn. Glenwood Mandarin Program’s Future in Question | Raleigh News
Aug 19, 20262 min
The Chapel Hill-Carrboro school board is racing against time to decide the future of Glenwood Elementary’s beloved Mandarin magnet program — a unique blend of language and STEAM education serving 400 students in a historic 1952 building. With a deadline looming for the 2027-28 school year, options include relocating the entire program to Rashkis Elementary (displacing up to 321 students) or splitting it between Rashkis and Mary Scroggs (affecting around 148). Parents, especially those like Alex Jackson who see the program as vital to cultural identity, fear dilution and loss of community. Amid budget cuts, declining enrollment, and rising private school competition, the district struggles to fund specialized instruction — a challenge made worse by teacher shortages. Experts warn that splitting the program could undermine its quality long-term, while parents demand more transparency and input from affected families. New Jersey Bans Price Discrimination Based on Shopping Data | Raleigh News
Aug 19, 20262 min
New Jersey just passed a bold new law stopping grocery stores and delivery apps from using your personal data to charge you different prices — a move to stop unfair “surveillance pricing” that could make you pay more based on your shopping habits. Joining Maryland and Connecticut, New Jersey also pauses new digital shelf labels for a year while studying their impact. While retailers tout the tech for speed and accuracy, critics warn it opens the door to exploitation. With three states already acting, this could spark a nationwide shift in how customer data is used — forcing big chains to adapt or face costly compliance headaches. B Graded Restaurants Exposed | Raleigh News
Aug 19, 20261 min
Eight restaurants in Wake and Durham counties got B grades for health inspections between August 11th and 17th, revealing serious food safety issues like flies in kitchens, improper storage, and unsanitary conditions — even at popular spots like Sullivan’s Steakhouse and Kiichi Ramen & Bar. While some counties like Orange and Chatham scored perfectly clean with all A’s, these inspections are vital to prevent food-borne illness, reminding us that no restaurant is immune to slip-ups behind the scenes. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
