  What kind of worship does God accept? In Malachi, God confronts His people—and especially the priests—for offering Him polluted, halfhearted, second-rate worship. They had grown weary of worship, treated the Lord’s table with contempt, and offered God what cost them little. Yet the Lord declares, “I am a great King,” and His name will be feared and made great among the nations. In this sermon, Pastor Brandon Scroggins continues through Malachi and examines the seriousness of worship before a holy God. Malachi’s vivid warning of “dung on your faces” exposes the shame of worship that dishonors God and refuses to take His Word to heart.
