Three Brain Cancer Battles, One Life Built on Purpose through Real Estate | EP 39
Aug 6, 202641 minS2
Marv Maguire is a 25-year Navy veteran, a husband of 32 years, a father of four, and a three-time brain cancer survivor. Today, he helps everyday investors learn about multifamily real estate and build lasting legacy wealth through Grovia Capital. After six single-family rentals produced about $30,000 in unexpected repairs, Marv and his wife decided there had to be a better way to invest. He explains how multifamily syndications work, why fixed-rate debt matters, and what investors should understand about cash flow, tax benefits, risk, and long-term planning. But this episode is about more than real estate. Marv tells the story of his first brain tumor, two recurrences, the fear his family carried, and the faith and perspective that helped him keep moving. His guiding question is simple: what can you control? Your outlook, your perspective, and your attitude. How to Grow Into a Bigger Life Without Fear | EP 38
Jul 30, 20261h 6mS2
This episode is about what it takes to grow into a bigger life and reality without collapsing under the weight of it. Christina sits down with Monica Bozinov, a former construction project manager from Sweden who now works as a capacity facilitator and leader for founders, investors, and high-performing leaders. Monica sees people the way she once saw buildings. Before you build taller, you have to dig deeper, widen the foundation, and reinforce what carries the load. She explains why so many successful people become "leaning towers," why burnout is often a slow structural failure that everyone around the person watches happen in real time, and why lasting change lives in the nervous system, not in mindset work. Along the way they get into fear and risk, the playground story that changed how Monica thinks about safety, twenty years of tapping, and how to read the wiring of the person in front of you. You will also hear why Monica refuses to call herself a guru. Support Monica's work and explore Capacity Engineering: https://monicabozinov.com/ Ready to Practice Peace? If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
