Episode 34 is all about the 2026 Big Creek Quick Six! Cason and Ross welcome Stuart Thiel back to Ridin’ The Line to break down everything happening at one of our favorite local races of the year. We also talk about some big changes to the e-bike categories as bike technology continues to get faster and more powerful, including the new E-Bike Max category and where bikes like the Specialized Levo 4 fit into the mix. And speaking of the Levo 4, Rambo and Jarrods Place are giving one away! We break down the Specialized Levo 4 raffle , how you can enter from anywhere in the country, and how the money raised goes directly back into maintaining and improving the local trail system. The Big Creek Quick Six takes place October 9–11 in Roswell, Georgia , with race day on Sunday, October 11. Spots are limited, so get signed up while you still can. Whether you’re racing, heckling from the sidelines, or just coming out to hang with the local MTB community, we’ll see you at Big Creek. Grab a beer and enjoy Episode 34 of Ridin’ The Line. EPISODE 31 Ft. Lon Cullen

  Aug 27, 20261h 37m

Episode 31 is all about becoming a better rider. Cason and Ross sit down with mountain bike coach Lon Cullen to talk about his unlikely path from hospice chaplain to coaching hundreds of riders across the country and beyond. Lon breaks down why the fundamentals still matter no matter how long you’ve been riding, what separates confidence from actual skill, and why even the best riders can benefit from having another set of eyes on them. The guys get into body position, cornering, jumping, crashing, bad habits, learning from professional riders and coaches, and the value of continuing to be a student of the sport. They also get into the debate over online vs. in person coaching and why real time feedback can make such a huge difference when you're trying to progress safely. Whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been riding for years, there are plenty of nuggets in this one that’ll make you think about the way you ride. Grab a beer and enjoy Episode 31 of Ridin’ the Line. EPISODE 30 Ft. Josh Camp

  Aug 4, 20261h 29m

The conversation centers around the highly anticipated Shirley Franklin Park bike park, what riders can expect when it opens, how it compares to destinations like Bentonville, and why it has the potential to become one of the premier urban bike parks in the country. We also discuss how projects like this can grow local riding communities, create more opportunities for cyclists of every skill level, and change the future of mountain biking in Atlanta. In Episode 28 of Ridin' the Line , we're answering a listener question about modern mountain bike geometry and whether slack bikes ever stop feeling weird.
