#35: What are Lower-Competition Keywords? (How You Rank for Years)
Aug 19, 202610 min
I can totally understand why SEO can feel like it’s always changing if your entire strategy is focused on ranking for one big keyword. But that’s exactly why I don’t want you putting all of your SEO effort into one search! A strong SEO strategy uses a mix of higher competition keywords and lower competition keywords that can bring the right people to your website in different ways. In this episode, I’m walking through how I think about lower competition keywords for photographers and wedding venues. I’m also sharing how these keywords can help you build an SEO strategy that keeps bringing in qualified traffic for years. What I Cover: - Why focusing on one high competition keyword can make your SEO strategy less steady - How to diversify where your search traffic comes from - Examples of lower competition keyword opportunities for wedding photographers and venues - What to create to target these keywords - How I find lower competition keyword ideas using brainstorming and SEO data Recommended Episodes: - Episode 34: Is SEO Really “Always Changing”? #34: Is SEO Really “Always Changing”?
Aug 12, 202610 min
I keep hearing business owners say they don't have time to keep up with SEO because it's "always changing." That idea frustrates me because, in my experience, sustainable SEO should work for the long-term! In this episode, I share real client examples that are still getting thousands of targeted Google clicks from SEO work we did years ago. I also explain why focusing on timeless best practices and the right keywords can help your SEO keep working long after the initial setup. If you've been wondering whether SEO is something you'll constantly have to chase, this ep is for you. What I Cover: - Why I don't believe SEO changes as much as people think - Two real client examples of websites still getting thousands of Google clicks years after their SEO was set up - What I mean by "timeless" SEO best practices that continue to work - Why creating genuinely helpful content matters more than trying to outsmart search engines - How targeting lower competition, more specific keywords leads to stronger long-term results Recommended Episodes: - Hit subscribe! Next week's Episode 35 will be about choosing lower competition, more specific keywords for long-term SEO results Your Next Steps: Learn more about Sara Does SEO: https://saradoesseo.com/ Check out our SEO services for wedding pros and photographers: https://saradoesseo.com/get-more-info/ Connect with me on Instagram @saradoesseo!

#31: How Many Words Should a Blog Post Be for SEO?
Jul 22, 20268 min
I get asked about blog post word count all the time. Everyone wants the magic number that guarantees a better chance of ranking on Google, but… it just doesn't work that way (sorry!) The length of a blog post depends on a couple of key things. In this episode, I walk through why a 300-word post might be enough for one keyword but nowhere near enough for another. I'll also share the simple research step I use before writing any blog post. Listen in! What I Cover: - What Yoast's 300-word recommendation actually means - Why SEO is a comparative game, not a checklist - How I actually decide on a word count target - Real examples of low-competition versus highly competitive keywords Resources Mentioned: - Detailed SEO Chrome Extension: https://detailed.com/extension/ Your Next Steps: Learn more about Sara Does SEO: https://saradoesseo.com/ Check out our SEO services for wedding pros and photographers: https://saradoesseo.com/get-more-info/ Connect with me on Instagram @saradoesseo!
Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
