Summer in the Psalms - Week 8 - (8/16/2026)
What does it mean to truly trust in a God we cannot see, touch, or hear with our physical ears? Psalm 115 confronts us with one of the most honest tensions in the life of faith, the silence of God in the face of our deepest needs, and the temptation to turn toward something more tangible. The psalm encourages us that glory belongs to God alone, not to us, not to our achievements, and not to our reputations. This sermon was first preached August 16, 2026 at Springfield Church of God by Pastor Jason Mitchell.
