#216: Women Don't Understand The Men They Want Most (Ben Hart)
Sep 27, 20261h 18m
You've heard all the dating rules a hundred times. Don't text first. Let him lead. Act like you don't care. But what if all of that is exactly what's keeping the right guy away? Ben Hart has built his entire career around the first three months of dating — the window between meeting someone and deciding if it's real. I sat down with him in New York City to get into his theory that women don't actually understand men, especially the ones they want most, and the programming behind messages like "if he wanted to, he would" that he thinks is quietly working against the women who actually want commitment. We get into the heartbreak that actually built his whole business, why he waited months before sleeping with his own girlfriend, my own boundary for keeping the first eight dates out of the bedroom, and the one thing Ben thinks female dating advice online is missing entirely: teaching women how to actually appreciate and love men. You've done the healing work. The therapy, the embodiment, the forgiveness ceremonies, the cord cuttings. You thought you were done. And then something small happens, an ex gets engaged, an old memory resurfaces, someone from your past shows up in a comment section, and the resentment is right there, exactly where you left it. That happened to me this week. My most recent ex got engaged, and underneath the genuine happiness I felt for him, I found a much older resentment still sitting there, toward a relationship that ended 13 years ago. I brought it up twice on recent podcast episodes because this resentment and these memories were so alive, and then I spent days in judgment about it. Why am I still talking about this? Why haven't I let this go? I understood that this is my personal mountain top to climb, and this is exactly what is in the way of the life and love that I desire the most. I received a message that was gentle but loud, and the message said, “can you bless the people who hurt you?” Not just forgive them. But truly bless them. Pray they receive the exact things you desire for yourself. Perhaps after all of the inner work you have done, this is the peace you have been praying for. #214: Great Lovers Are Not Born. They Are Made. (Kenneth Play)
Sep 13, 20261h 27m
You were not born a great lover. And neither was he. Great lovers are made. That's not a motivational line — it's the entire premise of this episode. Sex is a skill. And like any skill, it can be learned, practiced, and mastered. The problem is that nobody is having that conversation — especially not men. Men will ask their friends about the best protein powder, the best gym program, the best stocks to investment in. But ask them if they know how to satisfy a woman? Silence. That conversation doesn't happen. And women are paying the price for it in long-term relationships, in beds where their needs go unmet, in the quiet frustration of knowing something is missing but not having the language for it. Kenneth Play is a sex educator, author of Beyond Satisfied, and the man GQ named the greatest sex hacker alive. He has spent years studying, teaching and practising what most people are too embarrassed to say out loud — and in this episode he brings all of it to Sex, Love and Money. We get vulnerable. I share my own experience of sexual dissatisfaction in long-term relationships and Kenneth works with me to understand not only I like in the bedroom, but more importantly why I like it. Together we unpack the concept of eroticism and why this is the easiest skill to teach which will make sex mindblowing. We get into Kenneth's extraordinarily unique marriage — where his wife has two husbands, they all live together, and she has now had a baby with her other husband who Kenneth met at a gang bang And we talk about the variety of different relationship constellations available, why you would or would not choose it for yourself, what it actually takes to become the kind of lover that changes someone's life. This is the episode that starts a conversation most people are too scared to have. Find Kennth Play: @kennth_play on Instagram. #213: The Heartbreak That Cost Me 13 Years of Love
Sep 6, 20261h 15m
You've heard me interview everyone else. This time, I handed over the mic. Chris Griffin takes over Sex, Love & Money and interviewed me — live from New York City — and asked me the questions I ask everyone else. What's inspiring me right now. What I'm really aching for. What the heartbreak at 25 actually cost me. Why I refused to date until I was financially free. And what it felt like to spend years chasing business, money and freedom, only to realize that the thing a woman naturally aches for was the one thing I hadn't let myself have. This episode is the most personally exposed I have ever been on this podcast. Chris went there. And I didn't hold back. We talk about the soul-shattering breakup at 25, and the pain I carried from it for 13 years. The wealthy men I dated when I was broken and what I was actually trying to get from them. Why I was $100k in debt and refused to let myself fall in love until I wasn't. Why friction in a relationship isn't the enemy - it's the invitation. And why I am now fully, completely, burn-the-boats all in on love. This is the episode where you finally get to hear my story from the other side of the mic. #212: Build Your Empire By Choosing Pleasure (Mama Gena)
Aug 27, 202659 min
How many times today have you said "fine" when you weren't? We were all taught to play the middle C. Fine. Good. Okay. But you have 88 keys, and playing only one for your entire life is what Mama Gina calls the formaldehyde of the soul. Regen Thomashauer - known to the world as Mama Gena - is a New York Times bestselling author, pleasure revolutionary, and one of the most alive human beings I have ever sat across from. She has spent 30 years teaching women to choose their pleasure, connect to their bodies, and leave what she calls Planet Patriarchy, and she's made millions, written five books, and raised a beautiful daughter doing it. In this episode she turns the mic on me. I tell her about the ex I haven't been happy for in 13 years. She tells me I haven't healed it because I haven't actually grieved it. And then she makes me have a full temper tantrum and express my rage erotically live on my own podcast, and I have to say, it opened something for me. We get into why falling apart is the portal, why your body is more powerful than your mind, why "fine" is keeping you smaller than you are, and why the woman who chooses her pleasure first gets to have it all. This one cracked something open in me. I think it'll do the same for you. Find Mama Gena: @mamagena on Instagram.
