GENIUS ALERT ft. Zach Zucker - Survivor S20E10 "Going Down in Flames"
Lara and Carey are back with another rendition of GENIUS ALERT, and this time they’re joined in the stu by comedian, clown, and bisexual icon Zack Zucker, whose variety special “Stamptown” is out now on Netflix. They talk Zack’s trajectory from suburban Hudson Valley boy to internationally renowned clown, the LA clown scene, getting rimmed on stage in London, and his profound adoration of SURVIVOR. He leads Larz and Carz into a recap of his favorite Survivor episode: Episode 10 of Season 20 “Going Down in Flames" from Heroes vs. Villains. The Hero and Villain tribe finally merge after nearly a month, and to celebrate, they eat a ham with their hands; Parvati’s dastardly reputation finds her alienated from the group, especially when she goes for the heroes’ banana supply. Russell and his satanic imp-magic bewitch some of the men, including JT, and Sandra’s long game battle plan continues its behind-the-scenes path. Parvati finagles another immunity idol from Russell, in addition to the one she already has. Uncle Jeff challenges the tribe to hold onto poles for as long as they can. Danielle wins, and the crew heads into that night’s tribunal, where Parvati — in a stunning, last minute power play — turns the tables using her immunity and psychic sorcery.
