About our guest: Timothy is Vice President of External and Government Relations for Focus on the Family in Washington DC. Formerly, he served as a special assistant to President George W. Bush as the deputy director of the White House Office of Public Liaison. Tim’s extensive resumé includes serving a decade as press secretary to United States Senator Dan Coats of Indiana; as a senior fellow at The Heritage Foundation; and as a television news producer at the NBC affiliate in his hometown, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Tim has authored five books. His latest is What Really Matters: Restoring a Legacy of Faith, Freedom, and Family.
