The Energy Is Yours: How to Be Ambitious and Stop Burnout with Bianca Best
Aug 10, 202646 min
What if the energy you have been waiting to find has been yours all along? Stacy sits down with Bianca Best, a two-time bestselling author, serial entrepreneur, broadcaster, and founder of The Human Connection Company, for a conversation that challenges everything high-achieving women have been told about ambition and burnout. Bianca built and sold her first company while raising four children, before going on to build a C-suite career at two of the most powerful agency groups in the world. Alongside it all, she spent more than 15 years studying psychology, neuroscience, human potential, and healing modalities, becoming a therapist and accredited coach to CEOs and celebrities. Somewhere in the middle of all of that, she cracked a code that most high performers never find: how to be fully ambitious and fully alive at the same time. In this episode you will learn why your triggers are actually gold and what they are trying to tell you, how to identify where your energy is being drained without you even realising it, what Positive Relational Energy is and why Harvard Business Review identifies it as the number one factor in business success, and the simple but powerful shift that takes you from running on empty to leading from a full cup. Burnout is not the price of ambition and no longer a badge of honor. Vitality is your birthright, and it starts the moment you decide you are worth protecting. Momentum Over Perfection: One Year of Supergene Unleashed
Jul 27, 202623 min
What if the sign you've been waiting for is this episode? One year ago, Stacy had an idea and a lot of doubt, with zero guarantee any of it would work. Twenty-eight episodes later, she is sitting down solo to mark the anniversary of Supergene Unleashed and share what that year actually taught her about overcoming perfectionism, silencing self-doubt, and building real confidence. In this episode, you will learn why waiting for the right time is often just another way of staying stuck, how to spot the limiting beliefs disguising themselves as rational excuses, and why the fact that something has already been done should never be the reason you do not pursue it. Stacy gets real about the trap of perfectionism, the months she spent overthinking before finally taking action, and how momentum, not certainty, became the thing that carried her forward while juggling real life, including launching a podcast while pregnant with twins. If there is an idea you have been sitting on, a bold move you have been talking yourself out of, or a version of yourself you keep putting off becoming, this episode is your sign to stop overthinking and start moving. Get ready to unleash your momentum, powered by the passion and excitement to finally do what you want to do and become who you want to be.
The One Thing AI Can Never Replace: Abigail Posner on Your Human Code
Jun 29, 202647 min
Are you worried AI is coming for your job? Are you feeling stuck, passed over, or quietly wondering if everything you have built still matters in a world moving this fast? This episode was made for you. Abigail Posner spent 13 years inside Google as a Harvard-trained cultural anthropologist surrounded by engineers. By every conventional measure, she had no business thriving there. Instead, she built teams, filled stages, and discovered something that changed everything: the sides of yourself you have been hiding are not liabilities. They are your edge. She calls it expansiveness. The practice of pulling from every unexpected corner of who you are and deploying it as your sharpest competitive advantage. Not a mindset shift. A strategy. One that becomes even more powerful in an age of AI, not less. This is the epitome of what Supergene Unleashed is all about. Embracing every side of who you are, letting them shine, and stepping into your full potential at the exact moment the world is telling you to be skeptical of yourself. The supergene you will unleash today is INGENUITY. Because the most powerful technology you have is not a tool. It is you. Connect with Abigail at abigailposner.com and on LinkedIn and Substack.
She's Not Crazy: A Man's Case for Understanding Women's Biology
Jun 15, 202643 min
What if everything you were ever told about being too emotional, too sensitive, too much was not a character flaw but a biological reality that nobody ever explained to you? Stacy sits down with Harry Kloser-Pitcher, chef, philosopher, father, and creator of She's Not Crazy, a platform dedicated to biology-based relationship education for men. Harry spent years steeped in empathy-based communication and still nearly lost his marriage because he did not understand his own wife's biology. That wake-up call sent him down a rabbit hole of female doctors, evolutionary biology, and thousands of hours of research that changed everything. Here is the truth. The word hysteria comes from the ancient Greek for wandering womb. Women have been described as irrational for thousands of years and it is baked into our very language. But when Harry finally understood the hormonal reality of women's cycles, including the dramatic crash that follows ovulation, the heightened sensitivity of the luteal phase, the seismic hormonal shifts of pregnancy and postpartum, and the rollercoaster of perimenopause, he stopped calling his wife crazy. And their relationship transformed. In this episode, Harry and Stacy unpack what is actually happening in a woman's body across her monthly cycle, why women have been conditioned to distrust their own emotions, what it costs a woman to spend years being dismissed, and what men need to understand if they want to show up as real partners. Plus the hard question: if a man has zero interest in understanding you, what are you actually choosing by staying? If you have ever doubted your own emotions, apologized for your reactions, or wondered whether your biology is working against you, this episode is your answer. You were never crazy. You were never the problem. And today, you unleash your supergene: WORTH.
