You Don't Have to Hate Yourself to Change & You Don't Have to Criticize Yourself to Grow
Sep 13, 202611 min
You Don't Have to Hate Yourself to Change & You Don't Have to Criticize Yourself to GrowWhat if the desire to change doesn't have to begin with believing something is wrong with you?We often talk about personal growth as though transformation requires dissatisfaction with who we are. We criticize our bodies, our choices, our habits, our accomplishments—or the person we believe we should have become—and convince ourselves that self-criticism will motivate us to change. But what happens when we approach change from a different starting point? In this video, I explore self-acceptance, self-love, personal growth, and the relationship between how we see ourselves and how we choose to change.Self-acceptance doesn't mean complacency. It doesn't mean we stop growing or challenging ourselves. It means we can recognize where we are without turning our current reality into a reason to diminish our worth. You can want more for yourself without believing you are less because you haven't reached it yet. When change grows from self-loathing, we're often trying to escape ourselves. When change grows from self-love, we can begin asking a different question:Who could I become if I believed I was already worthy of the effort?I'd love to hear your perspective:Do you think meaningful change is easier to sustain when it comes from self-acceptance rather than self-criticism?#ProjectPurpose #SelfAcceptance #SelfLove #MentalWellness #PersonalGrowth #SelfWorth #SelfImprovement #Becoming #Mindset #EmotionalWellness

Healing Requires More Than Moving On: Finding Validation to Enable Your Healing
Aug 23, 202618 min
Healing Requires More Than Moving On: Finding Validation to Enable Your HealingIn Part Two of my conversation on healing, Healing Needs Validation, I explore why validation can be such an important part of making sense of difficult experiences and moving toward healing.Validation doesn't mean that someone else has to agree with every detail of our experience. It means creating space to acknowledge what happened, recognize its impact, and understand that our response to it doesn't diminish our worth. When our experiences are dismissed or minimized, we can begin questioning ourselves instead:Was it really that serious?Am I overreacting?Should I be over this by now?Why can't I just move on?Sometimes healing begins when we stop asking whether our experience was "valid enough" to matter. This is a conversation about validation, emotional healing, self-worth, agency, and the process of making meaning from difficult experiences. And perhaps the question isn't simply:"How do I move on?"Perhaps it's:"What do I need to understand, acknowledge, or have validated before I can genuinely move forward?"I'd love to hear your perspective. What does validation mean to you, and where do you think it fits into the process of healing?#ProjectPurpose #Healing #Validation #MentalWellness #EmotionalHealing #SelfWorth #Agency #PersonalGrowth #HealingJourney #selfreflection

Healing Needs More Than Time. It Needs Truth
Aug 23, 202613 min
Healing isn't just about moving on. It's about making sense of what happened. In conversations about trauma and recovery, we often hear about forgiveness, resilience, and letting go. But one piece of the conversation is frequently overlooked:Accountability.Accountability isn't about humiliation or punishment. It's about acknowledging reality. When someone refuses to own the harm they've caused, they don't just rob themselves of an opportunity to grow. They can also leave the person they've hurt carrying an unnecessary burden—questioning whether the experience was real, whether they deserved it, or whether the harm somehow reflected their worth.Consequences don't erase pain, but accountability can affirm an essential truth:What happened to you was real. It mattered. And it should never become a measure of your value. At Project Purpose, I believe healing requires both compassion and truth. We can reject victim blaming while also recognizing that growth begins when each of us has the courage to own our choices.I'd love to hear your perspective.Do you think accountability plays a role in healing? Why or why not?#ProjectPurpose #Healing #Accountability #MentalWellness #Agency #PersonalGrowth #CriticalThinking #Resilience #TraumaRecovery

Why Agency Is One of My Core Values and Why You Should Value Your Power to Choose
Jul 26, 202620 min
Why is agency one of my core values? and Why You Should Value Your Power to ChooseIn this video, I explore why personal agency, ownership, and accountability are essential for growth. We all experience consequences, but those consequences aren't simply there to punish us—they're often our greatest teachers. When we avoid responsibility or shift blame, we don't just avoid discomfort. We also miss the opportunity to learn, grow, and become more capable. In this reflection, I share why ownership matters, how agency shapes our identity, and why accountability isn't about blame—it's about recognizing that our choices have the power to shape who we become. If this conversation resonates with you, I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments. What role has accountability played in your own growth?Project Purpose exists to raise thinkers, build leaders, and protect agency.

When Values Meet Reality: Navigating the Gap Between Ideals and Practice to find your way to Impact
Jul 26, 202622 min
When Values Meet Reality: Navigating the Gap Between Ideals and Practice to find your way to ImpactWe often join organizations, clubs, workplaces, and communities because we are inspired by their mission, vision, and values. Yet sooner or later, we discover a gap between the ideals they aspire to and the reality we experience. How should we respond when that happens? In this video, we explore why this gap exists, how to distinguish between imperfection and misalignment, and why extending grace can be an important part of participating in any human system. Rather than viewing the gap between values and reality as a reason to disengage, we consider how it can become an opportunity to contribute, influence, and create meaningful impact. If you've ever found yourself disappointed by an organization, community, workplace, or cause you deeply believed in, this conversation is for you.#missionimpossible #values #ideals #alignment #purpose

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
