Joined by Nicola and Isabella, Dan explores the transformation of Super Group's workplace, a space designed around sport, play, competition and connection. Together, they discuss how Basha-Franklin worked closely with the client to shape a brief that went beyond a list of rooms, creating a workplace with purpose, energy and a clear cultural heartbeat. The conversation explores how the office supports a complex return to work, giving people a reason to come together through social spaces, wellness areas, hospitality-inspired settings and a dramatic open auditorium designed as the cultural epicentre of the business. Dan also shares how THEM helped extend these ideas through immersive sports portals, environmental graphics, curated memorabilia, digital storytelling and playful brand moments that celebrate Super Group's passion for sport. The episode also touches on brand storytelling, human-centred design, acoustics and flexibility, exploring how architecture, interiors and brand can work together to create workplaces that feel authentic, memorable and alive. Nicola and Isabella reflect on the importance of designing environments that encourage belonging, support different ways of working and give people a genuine reason to come together.
