"It'll only take five minutes." Possibly one of the most expensive sentences in business Being helpful is a good thing. Brilliant customer service matters. Going above and beyond occasionally can be exactly why clients choose to stay with you. But there's a point where being helpful stops being good customer service and starts costing your business money.
