67 | Sharp Women: Embrace Your Intuition with Kelly Sayre
Jul 22, 202641 minS1
What if trusting your instincts just 10% more could help you live with more confidence and less fear? On the Art of Badassery podcast, host Jenn Cassetta talks with women’s safety educator and Sharp Women author Kelly Sayer about “sharpening” intuition dulled by social conditioning to be nice, ignore red flags, and avoid setting boundaries. Kelly shares how she built practical, non-physical, proactive safety training, translating situational awareness, communication, and body-language skills into everyday tools for moms, travelers, and professionals, including corporate workplace violence prevention. They discuss common scenarios like romantic interest disguised as business, gaslighting, and the shame that keeps women silent, plus travel tips such as researching locations, being discreet at hotel check-in, and using taxis. Kelly recommends a high-lumen flashlight and a non-metallic “Sharpie” tool, and previews her personal safety subscription box. 65 | Ambition and Chill: Lessons in Success and Self-Worth with Jess Ekstrom
Jun 24, 202640 minS1
Ever wonder how to stay ambitious without tying your worth to your work? On The Art of Badassery Podcast, host Jenn Cassetta reunites with Jess Ekstrom, founder of Headbands of Hope and Mic Drop Workshop and author of Chasing the Bright Side and Making It Without Losing It , to talk about starting young, trying before you feel ready, and learning through setbacks. Jess shares how Headbands of Hope began after seeing kids with cancer want headbands, how a fraudulent manufacturer nearly derailed her, and how later she spent six figures on an app idea before cutting her losses and reframing it as “tuition” for the lesson. 64 | Being 40: The Decade of Letting Go with Stacey Lindsay
Jun 10, 202644 minS1
Have you ever wondered if turning 40 could actually be the beginning of your most authentic chapter yet? For generations, women have been handed a script: get married, have children, build a career, stay youthful, and somehow do it all on a prescribed timeline. But what happens when you decide to write your own story instead? In this episode of The Art of Badassery , I sit down with multimedia journalist and author Stacy Lindsay to discuss her book, Being 40: The Decade of Letting Go and Embracing Who We Are . We explore why so many women are finding greater freedom, confidence, and clarity in their 40s by releasing expectations around aging, success, relationships, and identity. Stacy shares her own journey through a challenging period while writing the book, along with insights on unlearning shame, embracing change, and navigating the realities of perimenopause and hormonal shifts. This conversation is a powerful reminder that getting older isn't about becoming less—it's about becoming more of who you truly are. 63 | Empathy and Humor: Tips for Men Supporting Menopausal Partners with Matt Hyams
May 27, 202637 minS1
Have you ever wished your partner truly “got it” when perimenopause, mental load, and everyday stress hit? In this episode, I welcome Matt Hyams as the first male guest in Art of Badassery history, a comedian whose perimenopause videos went viral by helping women feel seen through humor, empathy, and honest communication. Matt shares how a “Tips for Men Whose Wives Are Going Through Perimenopause” video unexpectedly exploded into millions of views, how reposting and following “cosmic breadcrumbs” led to more viral wife-themed content (including Mel Robbins reposting one), and why reading comments has shown him the deeper impact. We talk about common partner mistakes, the need for patience and self-awareness, and what’s next for Matt, including a podcast with his wife, Nicole, tentatively titled “Whatever, It’s Fine.” Connect with Matt Hyams: Instagram- https://www.instagram.com/matthyams LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/matt-hyams/

What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.

Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
