Mastering the Qi in Qigong
In this episode of The Balancing Point , I sit down with longtime friend and martial arts master Sifu Scott Jensen to explore the deeper side of Qigong. Scott shares how he rebuilt his body after two devastating car accidents, eventually becoming a Tai Chi gold medalist at Wudang Mountain. We discuss Qi, blood, posture, breathing, internal power, healing, and what it truly means to move beyond gentle exercise into deeper Qigong practice. - - - - - Sifu Scott Jensen is an international Gold Medalist, master teacher, and founder of the 10,000 Victories School of Martial Arts. After surviving two severe car accidents that left him with a shattered pelvis, spinal trauma, and chronic pain, Scott transformed his life through traditional Chinese martial arts and Qigong. With more than four decades of practice, including 25 years studying under Grandmaster Wong Jackman, he went on to win gold in Yang-style Tai Chi and silver in sword at an international championship at Wudang Mountain, China. Today, Scott teaches Northern Shaolin, Xing Yi Quan, Tai Chi, and Qigong, helping students build strength, restore vitality, and deepen their understanding of internal martial arts.
