Jay has spent more than 30 years working across drug discovery and development, with a career spanning immunology, immuno-oncology, inflammatory diseases and respiratory disorders. Before joining EvolveImmune, he spent many years at Boehringer Ingelheim, where he led global research efforts in immunology and respiratory diseases, with his teams playing a key role in advancing therapies including Skyrizi and Spevigo. Earlier in his career, Jay held leadership and research positions at Roche, Schering-Plough and the National Cancer Institute, giving him experience across academia, large pharma and biotech.
