You Are Worth It: Amanda Le on Sobriety, Hormones, and Turning Your Life Around at Any Age
Aug 28, 202643 minS1
Amanda Le has spent most of her life fighting things nobody could see from the outside. Autoimmune disease since childhood, a body that never quite worked right, and an addiction that ran in her family and nearly took over her own life too. She's coming up on five years sober, feels better at almost fifty than she ever has, and wants every woman listening to know the same thing is possible for them. We get into what it actually took to get sober: growing up watching her father drink himself to death, years as a binge drinker in a culture that rewarded it, and the night she asked God to just let her stop, then woke up and realized He had. We talk about the autoimmune disease she carried most of her life and the hormone work that finally turned it around. The routines and structure she leans on to protect her peace. Why she's fiercely protective of her small circle. And the meditation practice she taught herself as a kid with severe ADHD, before she had a name for any of it. Amanda is candid about hormone therapy and peptide protocols that have been part of her own health journey. This is her personal experience, not medical advice, and any decision about hormones or peptides belongs with your own provider. If you've ever thought it's too late to turn your health or your life around, this conversation is proof otherwise. The Health Crash under the Trophy with Kristy Janak
Aug 21, 202657 minS1
"I had the perfect storm." Kristy Janak on what was actually happening underneath a pro bodybuilding career. She started competing at 15, the youngest ever in her category, won three overall titles, and turned pro. From the outside it looked like discipline paying off. Inside, her body was shutting down — chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression, a cycle so disrupted her body stopped producing one at all, plus leaky gut and a bacterial imbalance, all landing at once. At sixteen and seventeen. She doesn't soften it. Hormones, gut, metabolism, mental health, all breaking together. That crash is the reason she asks why instead of just treating the symptom, with every client she sees now. It's the whole reason she left the stage for functional health. Becoming the Man You envision: Justin Mihaly on Health, Building an Empire, and Doing Hard Things
Aug 17, 202659 minS1
Justin Mihaly went from coaching one body at a time to building Elite Coaching Academy and Engineered for Health, mentoring thousands of coaches and clients. He and I made the same move, from chasing the physique to chasing the root cause, so this one runs deep and personal. We get into his idea of the highest self, the vision of who you're becoming that you measure every action against. Why so many men are running low on testosterone and dopamine, and whether it's the food, the water, the stress, or just that we stopped doing hard things. The basics that fix more than people expect, sunlight, real food, sleep, movement. Delayed gratification, down to why he lets his coffee go cold on purpose. And what rock bottom taught him that nothing else could, plus the gratitude he carries out of it. Justin's the founder of Elite Coaching Academy and Engineered for Health, where he connects metabolic science with mindset. If you want to go deeper on his work, he's at ecamentor.com and engineeredfh.com , and @jmihaly_ on Instagram. This is a conversation about becoming, building, and what actually makes someone well. It's not medical advice. Every case is different, and health decisions belong with a provider who knows your labs. Episode 8 of Biology of Becoming.
Regenerative Medicine, Without the Hype: Rick Manuel on Stem Cells, Exosomes, and What to Watch For
Aug 7, 202649 minS1
Regenerative Medicine, Explained Without the Hype: Rick Manuel on Stem Cells, Exosomes, and What to Watch For Rick Manuel has spent a decade in regenerative medicine. He owns the pharmacy behind a lot of what I use in clinic, and he knows these products and the science as well as anyone I've talked to. This is the episode I'd hand anyone who's curious about stem cells and exosomes but doesn't know who to trust or where to start. We keep it clear and honest. What these therapies actually are and why people are excited about them. How exosomes work and why not all of them are equal. What real cell viability means, why sourcing matters so much, and how to tell a legitimate product from an expensive one that does nothing. Rick's rule runs underneath the whole thing: prep the body first, hormones, inflammation, the basics, because the advanced tools only work in the right environment. You can't plant in barren soil. Rick is one of the sources I trust and work with, and we get into that openly. This is an honest conversation about doing regenerative medicine well, from someone who lives on the supply and science side and someone who works with patients. It's not medical advice, and nothing here promises an outcome. Every case is different, and this kind of decision belongs with a provider who knows your labs. Whether you're a patient, a provider, or just curious, you'll walk away knowing what to be excited about and what to watch for.

How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
