Lucas and Luna dissect the fixed-income markets with the precision of a bond trader reading a prospectus. Each episode tackles a single corner of the bond universe — from 2-year Treasury note auctions and inverted yield curves to investment-grade corporate debt, high-yield junk bonds, and municipal paper. The hosts anchor every conversation in real-time market data: today's 10-year yield move, the latest Fed funds rate expectation from CME FedWatch, credit spread widening in the energy sector. They explain how duration, convexity, and call provisions affect returns, and they do it without jargon for its own sake. Lucas walks through the mechanics of a bond ladder or a TIPS strategy while Luna asks the hard questions: Why does this matter for a retiree? How does a pension fund use this? What happens to a corporate bond portfolio when the economy tips into recession? The show serves professional investors, financial advisors, and serious individual bond buyers who want to understand the

How Private Credit Is Rewiring Fixed Income
Sep 29, 202611 minS5
Private credit funds have surged past three trillion dollars in assets, fundamentally altering the bond market's liquidity landscape. Lucas and Luna explore how non-bank lenders are filling the gap left by traditional banks post-2023 regional banking stress. They examine the risks of opaque pricing in leveraged loans, the disconnect between public high-yield spreads and private deal terms, and why investors might be underestimating the illiquidity premium they are actually paying. With the ten-year Treasury yield holding above five percent, this shift is reshaping corporate debt structures and investor portfolios alike. #PrivateCredit #FixedIncome #LeveragedLoans #NonBankLenders #BondMarket #CorporateDebt #IlliquidityPremium #CreditSpreads #TreasuryYields #FinancialRisk #InvestmentStrategy #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #FinanceNews #EconomicTrends #CapitalMarkets #DebtFinancing #PortfolioManagement Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

With the ten-year Treasury yield holding near five point one eight percent and the Fed Funds rate effectively locked around three point six to three point nine percent, corporate borrowers are facing a structural wall. We break down how this spread compression is forcing companies to shift from long-term fixed debt to floating-rate notes and shorter maturities. Lucas and Luna examine the hidden risks in these refinancing decisions, why credit spreads aren't widening as fast as expected, and what this means for bond investors watching the liquidity crunch in private credit. #CorporateBonds #FixedIncome #Treasuries #InterestRates #BondMarket #Investing #Finance #DebtRefinancing #FloatingRateNotes #CreditSpreads #FedPolicy #YieldCurve #PrivateCredit #LiquidityRisk #Economics #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #LucasAndLuna Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

Lucas and Luna break down why the bond market is repricing inflation expectations in real time, focusing on the widening spread between short-term bills and long-dated debt. How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
