Episode #110
#EP110 - Mom Entrepreneur, Are You Feeling Behind? This Is Your Reminder.
Aug 19, 20264 minS2
You’re Not Failing. You’re Overwhelmed. This episode is a little different. It’s a voice note. No polished script. No pretending I have it all figured out. Just an honest conversation about what it feels like when, as a mum entrepreneur, you suddenly feel like you’re failing at everything. Over the last few days, I’ve been feeling overwhelmed. My business isn’t growing the way I want it to, my house is a mess, I missed an appointment, and I found myself questioning whether I was actually doing a good enough job at all. And I know I’m not the only mom entrepreneur or woman in business who has felt this way. Sometimes, one difficult week can trigger impostor syndrome and make us question everything we’re building. But feeling like a failure doesn’t mean you are failing. In this voice note, I share what helped me step out of the spiral, regulate my nervous system and look underneath the surface to understand what was really going on. You’re not just building a business. You’re doing it alongside motherhood, family responsibilities, the mental load and everything else that needs your attention. And sometimes what feels like failure is actually overwhelm, exhaustion or a lack of clarity. #EP109 - Feeling Like a Failure? The Mom Entrepreneurs Reality No One Talks About
Aug 17, 202615 minS2
You are a mum entrepreneur, mum in business - Have you ever had one of those weeks where everything feels like it’s going wrong? Your business isn’t growing as quickly as you hoped. The house is a mess. You’re forgetting appointments. Your to-do list keeps getting longer and suddenly, instead of thinking “I’m having a difficult week,” you’re thinking “I’m failing at everything.” Yep. I’ve been there. In this episode. I’m getting really honest about what happens when the pressure of motherhood, business and mental load all collide and how easy it is to mistake overwhelm for failure. In this episode, you’ll discover: Why feeling like a failure doesn’t mean you’re actually failing — and how to separate facts from the story your overwhelmed brain is telling you. How to regulate your nervous system before trying to solve everything — because you don’t need to make big decisions from a dysregulated state. How clarity, planning and simple systems can reduce overwhelm — and why sometimes you don’t need more motivation, you need better support and structure. Because being a mum entrepreneur means you’re not just building a business. You’re building it between school runs, appointments, laundry, mental load, family life and everything else that needs you. So if you are a mum in business and you've been feeling like you’re failing lately, this episode is your reminder: You might not be failing. You might just be overwhelmed. And those two things can feel remarkably similar. THE 4 R's Method: REGULATE — get out of the spiral. REALITY CHECK — feelings aren't facts. REVEAL — what's actually underneath the feeling? REORGANISE — create the plan/system/support you actually need. + If you like this episode, please give the show a review. #EP108- Trust Yourself: Why You Need to Aim Higher Than You Think As A Mum Entrepreneur
Aug 12, 20262 minS2
What would happen if you stopped second-guessing yourself and actually trusted that you’re capable of more? In this short voice note to her younger self, Jess Watman shares a powerful reminder for every mum entrepreneur: you already have more skills, experience and capability than you give yourself credit for. When we’re building a business, it’s easy to focus on what we don’t know, compare ourselves to women who seem further ahead, or convince ourselves that our dreams are simply too big. But what if the next step isn’t another course, another strategy or another qualification? What if it’s simply learning to trust yourself? If you’ve been playing small, questioning whether you’re capable, or waiting for someone else to validate your next move, this episode is your reminder: Trust yourself. Trust what you know. And aim for the stars. If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
