The CEO Diary with Fexingo examines the real decisions behind corner offices—the trade-offs, the missteps, and the quiet calculations that shape public companies and private empires. Each episode, Lucas and Luna dissect a specific CEO move: a surprise acquisition, a sudden resignation, a pricing pivot, or a cultural turnaround. They walk through the numbers—revenue per employee, market share shifts, executive compensation ratios—and weigh the strategic logic against the human cost. Lucas, with his journalist's instinct, pushes for clarity on what was actually decided; Luna, equally sharp, challenges whether the outcome was worth the risk. Together they avoid platitudes, focusing on what executives actually do when the cameras are off. This is not a motivational show. It is a steady, unsentimental look at how power operates inside a public company: how boards influence succession, how activist investors force change, how founders lose control, and how CEOs rebuild after a crisis. Sep 29, 202612 minS5
We explore the specific pricing strategy behind Costco’s famous hot dog and soda combo, which has remained at one dollar five cents since 1989. Lucas and Luna break down how this seemingly small loss-leader drives massive membership retention and operational discipline across ten thousand stores. This is a deep dive into the psychology of value perception and the structural integrity of a business model that prioritizes long-term trust over short-term margin expansion. #Costco #BusinessStrategy #LeadershipLessons #RetailManagement #PricingPower #CustomerLoyalty #OperationalExcellence #SupplyChain #CorporateCulture #ValueCreation #MembershipModel #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #ExecutiveDecisions #CornerOfficeStories #RetailEconomics #BrandTrust #LongTermThinking Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
When the 2008 financial crisis exposed systemic vulnerabilities, JPMorgan Chase didn't just patch leaks. They built a regulatory capital firewall so thick it reshaped how global banks manage risk. We explore the specific mechanics of their stress testing protocols, the massive technology investments in fraud detection, and why this defensive moat became their most valuable asset during the banking turmoil of 2023. This is not a story about aggressive growth. It is a masterclass in survival through structural integrity. #JPMorganChase #FinancialRiskManagement #BankingResilience #StressTesting #RegulatoryCapital #FraudPrevention #CorporateGovernance #BankingCrisis2023 #CEOLeadership #BusinessStrategy #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #FinanceNews #ExecutiveDecisions #CorporateCulture #TechInFinance #RiskMitigation #BankingHistory Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
In 2013, Adobe faced a existential crisis. Its flagship Creative Cloud software was being pirated on an industrial scale, costing the company hundreds of millions in lost revenue. Instead of suing its way to victory or lowering prices, CEO Shantanu Narayen made a radical bet: he moved his entire professional suite from one-time licenses to a subscription model. This episode explores how that decision terrified investors, confused customers, and ultimately saved the company by aligning incentives with user value. We look at the specific mechanics of the migration, the backlash, and why the subscription model became the industry standard for enterprise software. #AdobeCreativeCloud #ShantanuNarayen #SubscriptionEconomy #SoftwareBusinessModels #PiracyStrategy #AdobeTransition #SaaS #CreativeProfessional #TechLeadership #BusinessTransformation #RevenueModels #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #LucasAndLuna #CorporateStrategy #DigitalPublishing #CustomerRetention #EnterpriseSoftware Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Amazon’s culture of leadership principles once drove its dominance, but by the mid-2020s, internal friction and external scrutiny revealed a system that rewarded speed over sustainability. In this episode, we explore how Jeff Bezos’s successors restructured the company’s core evaluation framework to prioritize long-term stakeholder trust over short-term metric chasing. We look at the specific shift in performance reviews, the removal of forced ranking systems from certain divisions, and the controversial decision to slow down expansion in logistics networks to improve worker safety metrics. This isn’t just about corporate responsibility; it’s a masterclass in how a hyper-growth machine can pivot its internal operating system without losing its competitive edge. We break down the concrete changes in management training, the new feedback loops between frontline workers and executives, and why Amazon’s stock reaction to these cultural shifts has been surprisingly positive for investors who value stability. #AmazonCulture #LeadershipPrinciples #CorporateGovernance #JeffBezos #AndyJassy #WorkplaceSafety #ManagementStrategy #BusinessEthics #LogisticsOperations #EmployeeRetention #StakeholderCapitalism #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #CEOStories #OrganizationalBehavior #RetailIndustry #TechLeadership #FutureOfWork Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

They explore the internal friction of changing incentive structures, the cultural pivot from knowing-it-all to learn-it-all, and how tying executive compensation to customer success rebuilt stakeholder trust. What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.

Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
